Abstract
Organizacije se u današnje vrijeme sve više susreću sa jakom konkurencijom i trude se bilo kakvim promjenama u strategiji organizacije postići konkurentsku prednost u odnosu na druge organizacije. Sve se više ističe kako ključ konkurentske prednosti postaju ljudski resursi, a menadžeri su zaduženi da razviju dobar sustav upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima. Jedna od temeljnih aktivnosti kojima se bave menadžeri u razvoju ljudskih potencijala je analiza poslovnih aktivnosti. Prilikom primjene ove aktivnosti potrebno je analizirati što zaposlenici rade, koja znanja i sposobnosti posjeduju, koja se oprema koristi u izvršavanju zadataka i sl. Veliku ulogu analiza posla ima u procesu selekcije jer objašnjava što sve zaposlenik mora napraviti kako bi uspješno obavio zadatak. Opis posla treba sadržavati informacije o zadatcima i dužnostima zaposlenika te aktivnostima koje je potrebno odraditi.
Abstract (english)
Nowadays, organizations are increasingly facing strong competition and are trying to achieve a competitive advantage over other organizations trough any changes in the organization's strategy. It is increasingly emphasized that human resources are becoming the key to competitive advantage, and managers are in charge of developing a good human resources management system. One of the basic activities of manager sin human resources development is the analysis of business activities. When applying this activity, it is necessary to analyze what employees do, what knowledge and skills they have, what equipment is used to perform tasks, etc. Job analyses plays an important role in the selection process bicouse it explains what an employee must do to successfully complete the task. The job description should contain information about the tasks and duties of the employee and the activities that need to bed one.
