Abstract
Cilj rada je kroz istraživanje relevantne literature doći do zaključaka o uspješnom oblikovanju novih proizvoda i usluga, te utvrđivanje ključnih elemenata za uspješno oblikovanje novog proizvoda i novih usluga. Rad će fokus usmjeriti na metode koje su potrebne za razvoj novog proizvoda i novih usluga te njihovu konačnu implementaciju. Također, definirane su ključne karakteristike proizvoda i usluga, a posljedično tomu objašnjene su i razlike između proizvoda i usluga, kao i razlike u... More procesima oblikovanja novih proizvoda i oblikovanja novih usluga. Pojašnjen je životni ciklus proizvoda koji je ključan za razumijevanje oblikovanja i uvođenja novih proizvoda i usluga na tržište obzirom da životni ciklus proizvoda svojim obrascem jasno definira faze pri uvođenju proizvoda na tržište sve do njegova nastanaka sa istog. The aim of the thesis is to explore relevant literature in order to draw conclusions about successful designing of new products and services, as well as determining key elements for successful design of new products and services. The thesis will focus on the methods required for the development of new products and services and their final implementation. Furthermore, the key characteristics of products and services are defined, and consequently, the differences between products and... More services are explained, as well as the differences in the processes of designing new products and designing new services.
