Abstract
U suvremenom poslovanju neizbježni su pojmovi investicijskog odlučivanja i investicijskih projekata. Investicijski projekt predstavlja skup vremenski raspoređenih radnji pomoću kojih se nastoje ostvariti određeni ciljevi. Donošenje razumnih investicijskih odluka pomaže razvoju poduzeća te prilagođavanju vrlo nestabilnoj i promjenjivoj društveno-ekonomskoj okolini. Upravo zbog toga postoje različite metode koje uvelike olakšavaju investicijsko odlučivanje, a koje su analizirane u radu. Ocjeni investicijskog projekta može se pristupiti pomoću dva pristupa: statičnim i dinamičnim. U radu je stavljen naglasak na metode provedbe dinamične analize koje podrazumijevaju neto sadašnju vrijednost, internu stopu rentabilnosti, indeks profitabilnosti te analizu osjetljivosti. Također, predstavljena je i ocjena likvidnosti investicijskog projekta. Osim teorijskog pristupa navedenim metodama, u radu je prikazan izračun istih na primjeru investicijskog ulaganja u pogon za proizvodnju proizvoda od recikliranog papira. Pomoću dobivenih rezultata donijela se odluka o prihvatljivosti projekta te određeni zaključci o prednostima i nedostacima prethodno navedenih metoda. S obzirom na prethodno navedeno, svrha rada je pružiti detaljniji uvid u teorijsku podlogu metoda dinamičke ocjene investicijskog projekta te primijeniti iste na praktičnom primjeru investicijskog projekta. Prilikom donošenja investicijskog odlučivanja potrebno je kombinirati nekoliko različitih metoda kako bi se donijela što razumnija investicijska odluka. Primjenjujući prethodno navedeno, odnosno temeljem izračuna neto sadašnje vrijednosti, interne stope rentabilnosti, indeksa profitabilnosti, razdoblja povrata te provedbom analize likvidnosti i analize osjetljivosti investicijski projekt ulaganja u pogon za proizvodnju proizvoda od recikliranog papira smatra se prihvatljivom investicijom.
Abstract (english)
In modern business, the terms investment decisions and investment projects are unavoidable. An investment project represents a set of time-limited actions designed to achieve specific goals. Reasonable investment decisions help in the development of business and adaptation to a highly unstable and changing socio-economic environment. For this very reason, there are various methods that greatly facilitate investment decisions, which are analyzed in the following paper. The evaluation of an investment project can be approached using two approaches: static and dynamic. The paper focuses on the implementation methods of dynamic analysis, which include net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index and sensitivity analysis. It also presents the liquidity evaluation of an investment project. In addition to the theoretical approach to these methods, their calculation is presented using an example of an investment in a plant for the production of recycled paper products. The obtained results were used to make a decision on the acceptability of the project and to draw conclusions on the advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned methods. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the theoretical principles of dynamic methods for the evaluation of investment projects and to apply them to a practical example of an investment project. When making investment decisions, it is necessary to combine several different methods to arrive at a reasonable investment decision. By applying the above methods, especially by calculating net present value, internal rate of return, profitability indices, and payback period, and by performing liquidity and sensitivity analyzes, the investment in a recycled paper product manufacturing plant is considered acceptable.
