Abstract
Timski rad danas je važan dio gotovo svih poslovnih organizacija. On označava manju skupinu ljudi koji teže nekom zajedničkom cilju. Radeći zajedno članovi tima stvaraju sinergiju. Za uspješan timski rad važno je imati različite uloge ljudi u timu, ali isto tako i dobrog voditelja tima. Timska organizacija danas je sve značajnija za organizacije, a mnogi navode kako je ona i budućnost. Svrha ovog završnog rada je definirati timski rad, njegove vrste, prednosti i nedostatke, zatim suvremene organizacijske strukture te razliku između klasične i timske organizacije, kao i prednosti i nedostatke timske organizacije. U suvremenim organizacijskim strukturama vlada heterarhija, vrlo su plitke, te ih obilježava timski rad i fleksibilnost. Također, prikazani su i stilovi vođenja te motivacija zaposlenika. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati koliko je timski rad koristan i potreban u organizacijama.
Abstract (english)
Team work is an important part of almost every business organization today. It refers to a small group of people working to achieve a common goal. These members form a synergy by working together. For successful teamwork, it is important that all members have different roles, but also that there is a good leader of the team. Nowadays, team organization is more important for organizations and many others claim that it is the future of organizations. The purpose of this Final paper is to define teamwork, its types, its advantages and disadvantages, then contemporary organization structures, the difference between classical and team organization, and its advantages and disadvantages. Contemporary organizational structures are dominated by heterarchy, are very shallow, and are characterized by teamwork and flexibility. It also deals with the types of leadership and motivation of employees. The aim of this paper is to show to what extent teamwork is beneficial and necessary in an organization.
