Abstract
Svaki informacijski sustav bi trebao na neki način komunicirati s korisnikom. Da bi se ta komunikacija mogla ostvariti, ključno je kreirati i koncipirati odgovarajuća sučelja. Sučelja kojima korisnik komunicira sa sustavom mogu značajno varirati, ovisno o namjeni i okruženju u kojem se koristi te o vrsti samog sustava. Na primjer, korisnici mobilnih aplikacija za društvene mreže koriste dodirne zaslone kako bi pregledavali i objavljivali sadržaj te interaktivno komunicirali s drugim korisnicima. S druge strane, korisnici računalnih programa za uređivanje fotografija koriste paletu alata, trake s opcijama i miš za manipulaciju i uređivanje slika. Korisničko sučelje predstavlja posrednika između korisnika i softverskog sustava te ima veliki utjecaj na upotrebljivost i kvalitetu sustava. Stoga je važno posvetiti posebnu pažnju dizajnu korisničkog sučelja kako bi se osigurala jednostavnost korištenja, intuitivnost i ugodno iskustvo za korisnike. Kroz dobro oblikovano korisničko sučelje, korisnici mogu efikasno ostvariti svoje ciljeve, lakše razumjeti funkcionalnost sustava i imati pozitivno iskustvo interakcije s njim.
Abstract (english)
Every information system should communicate with the user in some way. In order for this communication to be realized, it is crucial to create and design appropriate interfaces. The interfaces through which users interact with the system can vary widely, depending on the system purpose, environment and type. For example, users of social media mobile applications use touch screens to browse, post content and interact with other users, On the other hand, users of image editing applications use tool palettes, option bars and a mouse to manipulate and edit images. The user interface acts as an intermediary between the user and the software system and has a great impact on the usability and quality of the system. Therefore, it is important to pay special attention to the design of the user interface to ensure simplicity, intuitiveness and a pleasant experience for users. Through a well-designed user interface, users can efficiently achieve their goals, better understand the system's functionality and have a positive interaction experience with it.
