Abstract
Timovi su grupe ljudi koji su izabrani za pojedine uloge u organizaciji na temelju svojih znanja, vještina, sklonosti, ali i osobnosti. Potrebne su određene vještine svakog člana tima da bi zadaci bili izvršeni efikasno. Uspješni timovi trebaju jasna očekivanja i zajedničku svrhu. Timovi stoga predstavljaju skupinu ljudi koja zajedno radi u svrhu ispunjavanja zajedničkih ciljeva. Oni trebaju otvorenu komunikaciju jer bez komunikacije nema ni timskog rada i uspjeha. Najbitnija osoba u timu je lider, kao prvi među jednakima i nositelj odgovornosti. Vođa treba motivirati članove tima te stvoriti uvjerljivu viziju uspjeha. Da bi tim bio uspješan, potreban je dobar vođa tima koji će izgraditi pobjednički tim. Postoji mnogo vrsta timova, od samoupravljačkih timova, timova za rješavanje problema i timova funkcijama, do administrativnih i poduzetničkih timova o kojima će se detaljnije obrazložiti u radu. Svaki tim u svom razvoju prolazi kroz određene faze razvoja, od formiranja, previranja, normiranja funkcioniranja i raspuštanja. Kroz rezultate tima se očituje i efikasnost tima, a efikasnost je stupanj u kojemu je postignut željeni rezultat. Stoga, efikasan tim je i uspješan tim. Cilj završnog rada je objasniti važnost timskog rada i općenito interakcije među samim timovima. Ovaj rad stavlja naglasak na definiciju timskog rada, vrste timova i njihova obilježja, faze razvoja timova, ulogu lidera i motiviranje članova tima. Svrha rada je ukazati na moguće prednosti timskog rada u odnosu na individualni rad jer se komplementarnim vještinama, sposobnostima i znanjem članova tima postižu veći rezultati. Prilikom izrade rada korišteni su različiti izvori podataka, stručna literatura, članci iz časopisa i Interneta te osobno mišljenje o važnosti timskog rada.
Abstract (english)
Teams represent a group of people who play certain roles in organization based on their knowledge, skills, affinities, but also personality. In order for assignment to be done efficiently, each member should have a necessary competence and skills. Successful teams need clear expectations and common purpose. Therefore, teams present a group of people who work together in the purpose of fulfilling common goals. Team members need open communication because without communication they cannot achieve great results. . The most important person in the team is the leader, as first among equal, as he is responsible for efficiency of his team members. There are many types of teams, from self-managed teams, problem solving teams, to the administrative and entrepreneurial teams which will be discussed further in the thesis. Every team goes through certain stages of development, from the formation, the turmoil, the scaling operation and dissolution. Efficiency of team is manifested through the results of their activities. The goal of this thesis is to explain the importance of a teamwork and to explore interactions among team members. The thesis puts an emphasize on the definition of the concept, characteristics of team, stages of team development, the role of leaders and the process of motivating team members. The purpose of this paper is to indicate that teamwork is more efficient than individual work since complementary skills, competencies and knowledge of team members ensure better and higher results. The paper is substantiated with different data sources, professional literature, articles from journals, Internet and personal opinion about the importance of teamwork.
