Abstract
Vodstvo, moć i politika tri su važne neovisne varijable organizacijskog ponašanja koje igraju ključnu ulogu u oblikovanju kulture, strukture i funkcioniranja organizacije. Vodstvo se odnosi na sposobnost pojedinca da utječe, inspirira i vodi druge prema postizanju zajedničkog cilja. Učinkovito vodstvo ključno je za organizacijski uspjeh, jer ono postavlja viziju, vrijednosti i misiju tvrtke. Moć se odnosi na sposobnost pojedinca ili grupe da vrši kontrolu ili utjecaj na druge u organizaciji. Moć može proizaći iz različitih izvora kao što su položaj, znanje, stručnost ili osobna karizma. Politika se odnosi na korištenje moći i utjecaja za stjecanje prednosti ili postizanje osobnih ciljeva unutar organizacije. Politika može biti pozitivna i negativna, ovisno o tome kako se koristi i može imati značajan utjecaj na organizacijsko ponašanje. Interakcija ove tri varijable može imati dubok učinak na organizacijsko ponašanje. Učinkovito vodstvo može potaknuti pozitivno organizacijsko ponašanje, dok zlouporaba moći i politika mogu dovesti do negativnog ponašanja kao što su sukobi, nepovjerenje i disfunkcionalnost. Razumijevanje ovih varijabli i njihovog utjecaja na organizacijsko ponašanje ključno je za menadžere i vođe kako bi stvorili pozitivno i produktivno radno okruženje.
Abstract (english)
Leadership, power, and politics are three important independent variables of organizational behavior that play a critical role in shaping the culture, structure, and functioning of an organization. Leadership refers to the ability of an individual to influence, inspire, and guide others towards achieving a common goal. Effective leadership is crucial for organizational success, as it sets the tone for the company's vision, values, and mission. Power refers to the ability of an individual or group to exert control or influence over others in the organization. Power can be derived from various sources such as position, knowledge, expertise, or personal charisma. Politics refers to the use of power and influence to gain advantages or achieve personal goals within an organization. Politics can be both positive and negative, depending on how it is used, and it can have a significant impact on organizational behavior. The interaction of these three variables can have a profound effect on organizational behavior. Effective leadership can inspire positive organizational behavior, while the misuse of power and politics can lead to negative behavior such as conflict, mistrust, and dysfunction. Understanding these variables and their impact on organizational behavior is critical for managers and leaders to create a positive and productive work environment.
