Abstract
Promjene je nemoguće zaobići i ignorirati, one su svakodnevica i ljudima predstavljaju sasvim normalnu pojavu. Organizacije se jako često susreću sa promjenama, a da bi preživjele i napredovale trebaju na vrijeme prepoznati potrebu za promjenom. Bitno je kako će organizacije odgovoriti na promjenu i kako će to utjecati na njihovo poslovanje. Neke organizacije su puno poduzetnije od drugih organizacija te same traže prijetnje i prilike te su jako uspješne. One su uspješne upravo zbog svoje dinamičnosti, prilagođavanja, razvijanja i mijenjanja. Postoje unutarnje i vanjske potrebe za promjenom. Unutarnje potrebe za promjenom nastaju zbog disfunkcija unutar organizacije te na njih organizacija može lakše utjecati, a vanjske su često povezane sa promjenama na tržištu, sa zakonima, propisima, regulativama ili ekonomskim okolnostima te je na njih puno teže utjecati. Organizacije se u takvim trenucima mogu susreti sa brojnim poteškoćama. Nerijetko dolazi do sukoba, nedostatka komunikacije i otpornosti. Sve se poteškoće mogu izbjeći ako organizacija ima unaprijed definiran plan. Organizacija treba prepoznati kada je potreban insajder, a kada autsajder kao nositelj promjene jer to itekako može utjecati na uspješnost provođenja promjene. Između ostalog, povjerenje i domišljatost unutar organizacije su bitna stavka u cijelom procesu promjena te je lako moguće da bez njih promjene neće biti kvalitetno izvršene.
Abstract (english)
Changes are impossible to avoid and ignore, they happen every day and represent completely normal occurrences to people. Organisations encounter changes very often, and in order to survive and progress, they need to recognize the need for change in time. The important thing is how will organisations respond to the change and how it will affect their business. Some organisations are more entrepreneurial than others and look for threats and opportunities themselves and they are very successful. They are successful precisely because of their dynamism, adaptation, development and change. There are internal and external needs for change. Internal needs for change arise due to dysfunctions within the organization and can be more easily influenced by the organization, while external ones are often related to changes in the market, with laws, regulations, regulations or economic circumstances and are much more difficult to influence. Organizations can encounter numerous difficulties in such moments. Conflicts, lack of communication and resistance often occur. All difficulties can be avoided if the organization has a predefined plan. The organization needs to recognize when an insider is needed, and when an outsider is needed as the bearer of change, because this can greatly affect the success of implementing the change. Among other things, trust and ingenuity within the organization are an essential element in the entire change process, and it is easily possible that without them the changes won't be carried out with quality.
