Abstract
Mobilno bankarstvo kao moderna usluga danas ima iznimno veliku ulogu u svakidašnjim bankarskim poslovima. Osim što se olakšava pristup bankarskim uslugama, mobilnim bankarstvom također se i ubrzavaju sami procesi poslovanja što uvelike pridonosi razvoju banaka. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati kanal mobilnog bankarstva i kroz provedenu anketu na odabranom uzorku ispitanika istražiti primjere mobilnih bankarstava koja se koriste na području Osječkobaranjske županije. Također će se ispitati preferencije samih ispitanika te najveće prednosti i mane koje se javljaju kod korištenja mobilnog bankarstva. Teorijski dio rada obrađuje povijest upotreba mobilnog bankarstva te čimbenike koji uvelike utječu danas, ali i one koji će utjecati u budućnosti na širenje mobilnog bankarstva kao jednog od glavnih kanala e- bankarstva. Mobilno bankarstvo kao kanal e- bankarstva danas čini svakodnevicu većine ljudi te zbog se ovim radom želi naglasiti važnost sigurne te neometane upotrebe koja omogućuje svojim korisnicima jednostavnost obavljanja bankarskih poslova bez njihove fizičke prisutnosti u poslovnici banke. Moderna vremena zahtijevaju moderne tehnologije te je stoga razvoj mobilnog bankarstva iznimno bitan kako bi se olakšao ali i unaprijedio rad banaka.
Abstract (english)
Mobile banking as a product of the advancement and development of modern technology today represents a large role in everyday banking operations. In addition to facilitating access to banking opportunities, mobile banking also speeds up banking processes themselves, which greatly contributes to the development of banking. This makes one positive effect on the development of banks business today. The aim is to give a certain overview of mobile banking and through a survey conducted on a selected sample of respondents to investigate examples of mobile bankruptcies used in the area of Osijek-Baranja County, the preferences of the respondents themselves and the greatest advantages and disadvantages that occur when using mobile banking. The theoretical part of the work itself covers the history of the use of mobile banking and factors that greatly influence today, but also those that will influence in the future the expansion of mobile banking as one of the main channels of banking. Mobile banking as a channel of banking today makes the everyday life of most people, and therefore this work wants to emphasize the importance of safe and unhindered use that allows its customers to carry out banking operations more easily without their physical presence in the bank branch. Modern times require modern technologies, and therefore mobile banking needs to be developed, both in the present day and in the future.
