Abstract
Istraživanje tržišta predstavlja prvu i nužnu fazu marketing-procesa, koja služi za prikupljanje, analiziranje i prezentaciju informacija na osnovu kojih se ostvaruju određeni planirani ciljevi gospodarskog subjekta. U istraživanju tržišta razlikuju se 4 metode istraživanja tržišta koje ovise o vrsti podataka koji se prikupljaju istraživanjem (primarni i sekundarni podatci) a to su: povijesna metoda, metoda promatranja, metoda ispitivanja i eksperimentalna metoda. Ovaj rad orijentiran je na metodu ispitivanja koja predstavlja jednu od 4 metode istraživanja tržišta koja se najčešće upotrebljava i služi za prikupljanje primarnih podataka. Kroz analizu sekundarnih podataka i primjenu metode deskripcije, analize i sinteze, komparacije, i kompilacije opisana je metoda ispitivanja, njezine vrste, značaj primjene kao i određene prednosti i nedostatke vezane uz ovu metodu istraživanja tržišta. Cilj ovog rada je predstaviti i analizirati metodu ispitivanja te istaknuti važnost same metode u procesu istraživanja tržišta. Nakon detaljne analize same metode ispitivanja, rad detaljno prikazuje podjelu ispitivanja na: neformalno ispitivanje, obaviještenost mnijenja, sondaže i psihološko ispitivanje. Osim teorijskog dijela ovaj rad sadrži i praktični dio, odnosno na samom kraju rada prikazana je provedba metode ispitivanja, na konkretnom primjeru otvaranja meksičkog fast-food restorana na području grada Osijeka, na osnovu koje su analizirani dobiveni rezultati i napisan konačni izvještaj provedenog istraživanja.
Abstract (english)
Market research represents the first and necessary phase of the marketing process, which serves to collect, analyze and present information on the basis of which certain planned goals of the economic entity are realized. There are 4 different market research methods that depend on the type of data collected through research (primary and secondary data) and those are: historical method, observation method, test method and experimental method. This paper is focused on the test method, which is the most used one of all four and serves to collect primary data. The test method, its types, the importance of application as well as certain advantages and disadvantages related to this method of market research are described through the analysis of secondary data and the application of the method of description, analysis and synthesis, comparison, and compilation. The goal of this paper is to present and analyze the test method and highlight the importance of the method itself in the market research process. After a detailed analysis of the test method itself, paper shows in detail the division of the test into: informal testing, informed opinion, surveys and psychological testing. In addition to the theoretical part, this paper also contains a practical part at the very end of the paper, the implementation of the test method is shown, on the concrete example of the opening of a Mexican fast-food restaurant in the area of the city of Osijek, based on which the obtained results were analyzed and the final report of the conducted research was written.
