Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu istražuje se široka tema zaštite potrošača, s posebnim naglaskom na Republiku Hrvatsku. Istraživanje uključuje niz ključnih aspekata zaštite potrošača, uključujući ispitivanje same ideje, pregled potrošačkih ugovora i širenje korisnih informacija za potrošače. Dodatno, kritički ocjenjuje hrvatski pravni sustav, istražuje funkciju i napore Hrvatske udruge za zaštitu potrošača te procjenjuje stupanj usklađenosti hrvatskog pravnog sustava sa zakonodavstvom EU o zaštiti... More potrošača. U radu se također razmatra kako je uvođenje eura u Hrvatskoj utjecalo na zaštitu potrošača. Procjena načina na koji ova transformacija može utjecati na prava potrošača, tržišnu dinamiku i ukupnu dobrobit potrošača ključna je s obzirom na to da će euro uskoro biti potpuno integriran u hrvatsko gospodarstvo. Ovo istraživanje nastoji ponuditi uvid u jamčenje učinkovite zaštite potrošača u novom monetarnom okruženju ispitivanjem mogućih mogućnosti i problema koje donosi uvođenje eura. Istraživanje slučajeva iz stvarnog svijeta kako bi se istaknuli problemi zaštite potrošača, temeljita analiza anketnog upitnika usmjerenog na sigurnost kupnje putem interneta i naknadne rasprave čine metodologiju istraživanja korištenu u ovoj studiji. Ova studija nudi temeljito znanje o zaštiti potrošača u Hrvatskoj spajanjem teoretskih okvira sa stvarnim podacima. Rezultati ove studije imaju posljedice za tvrtke, potrošače, organizacije za zaštitu potrošača i regulatore. Ovaj diplomski rad nastoji poduprijeti napore za jačanje zakona o zaštiti potrošača u Republici Hrvatskoj identificiranjem prednosti, nedostataka i potencijalnih područja poboljšanja. Less
Abstract (english)
The broad subject of consumer protection is explored in this diploma thesis, with a special emphasis on the Republic of Croatia. The research includes a number of crucial aspects of consumer protection, including an examination of the idea itself, a review of consumer contracts, and the dissemination of helpful consumer information. Additionally, it critically assesses Croatia's legal system, explores the function and efforts of the Croatian Association for Consumer Protection, and... More assesses the degree to which Croatia's legal system complies with EU consumer protection legislation. The thesis also looks at how Croatia's adoption of the Euro has affected consumer protection. Evaluating how this transformation may impact consumer rights, market dynamics, and overall consumer welfare is critical given that the Euro will soon be fully integrated into the Croatian economy. This research intends to offer insights into guaranteeing efficient consumer protection in the new monetary environment by examining the possible possibilities and problems posed by the adoption of the Euro. The investigation of real-world instances to highlight consumer protection problems, a thorough analysis of a survey questionnaire focusing on the security of online purchasing, and subsequent discussions make up the research methodology used in this study. This study offers a thorough knowledge of consumer protection in Croatia by fusing theoretical frameworks with actual data. The results of this study have consequences for businesses, consumers, consumer protection organizations, and regulators. This thesis seeks to support efforts to strengthen consumer protection laws in the Republic of Croatia by identifying strengths, flaws, and potential improvement areas. Less
