Abstract
Analizom financijskih izvješća postiže se dublji uvid u sve aspekte poslovanja istraživanog poduzeća. Ovaj temeljni proces omogućuje ne samo razumijevanje prošlog poslovanja tvrtke, već također pruža uvide u mogućnosti i izazove koji će oblikovati njezine buduće poslovne planove i strategije. U kontekstu ovog rada provest će se detaljna analiza poslovanja poduzeća Mono d.o.o., poduzeća koje se specijalizira za razvoj računalnih programa. Njihova primarna djelatnost obuhvaća kreiranje softverskih rješenja koja imaju značajne primjene u Republici Hrvatskoj i inozemstvu. U okviru ovog rada detaljno su razrađeni teorijski koncepti i praktične primjene analize financijskih izvještaja poduzeća Mono d.o.o. za razdoblje od 2019. do 2021. godine. Analizirani su osnovni financijski izvještaji: bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka te izvještaj o novčanim tokovima. Kroz ovu analizu posebna je pažnja posvećena financijskim pokazateljima likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti i profitabilnosti. Osnovni cilj rada je bio steći uvid u kvalitetu poslovanja poduzeća koristeći promjene u stavkama računa dobiti i gubitka, bilance te izvještaja o novčanim tokovima. Ovaj pristup je kombinirao primjenu ključnih analitičkih alata i metoda kako bi se identificirali trendovi i promjene u postotnim udjelima financijskih izvještaja tijekom promatranog vremenskog razdoblja. Rezultati analiza ukazuju na pozitivne trendove u poslovanju tvrtke tijekom razdoblja od 2019. do 2021. godine. To je potvrđeno kroz pozitivne financijske rezultate ostvarene u tom razdoblju.
Abstract (english)
By analyzing financial reports, a deeper insight into all aspects of the business of the investigated company is achieved. This fundamental process enables not only an understanding of the company's past operations, but also provides insights into the opportunities and challenges that will shape its future business plans and strategies. In the context of this research, a detailed analysis of the business of Mono d.o.o., a company that specializes in the development of computer programs, will be conducted. Their primary activity includes the creation of software solutions that have significant applications in the Republic of Croatia and abroad. In the framework of this research work, the theoretical concepts and practical applications of the analysis of the financial statements of the company Mono d.o.o. were elaborated in detail for the period from 2019 to 2021. Basic financial statements such as the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement were analyzed. Through this analysis, special attention is paid to the financial indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy and profitability. The main goal of the work was to analyze the operations of the company, Mono d.o.o. in depth, using quantitatively presented changes in the items of the profit and loss account, balance sheet and cash flow statement. This approach combines the application of key analytical tools and methods to identify trends and changes in percentage shares of financial statements over the observed time period. The results of the analysis indicate positive trends in the company's business during the period from 2019 to 2021. This was confirmed through the positive financial results achieved in that period.
