Abstract
Sve veći broj vlasnika tvrtki ima za cilj proširiti svoje poslovanje na inozemna tržišta. Izlazak na globalna tržišta donosi mnoštvo prilika, ali i poteškoća. Studija se usredotočuje na ispitivanje uvođenja renomirane franšize hamburgera, međunarodnog lanca brze prehrane, na rusko tržište. Analiziraju se ključni aspekti u globalnom poslovnom okruženju. To uključuje kulturne i društvene čimbenike, pravnu strukturu, ekonomske okolnosti, tehnološki napredak i političke utjecaje koji bi mogli utjecati na učinak McDonald'sa u Rusiji. Analiza okoliša, okvir analize industrije i strateška analiza koriste se kako bi se poboljšalo razumijevanje ovih čimbenika. Oni se koriste za proučavanje poslovanja McDonald'sa na ruskom tržištu. Cilj ove studije je ponuditi dublje znanje o preprekama i mogućnostima s kojima se McDonald's susreće prilikom širenja na rusko tržište.
Abstract (english)
A growing number of business owners are aiming to expand their business into overseas markets. Venturing into global markets brings about plenty of opportunities along with difficulties. The study focuses on examining the introduction of the renowned burger franchise, an international fast food chain, within the Russian marketplace. Crucial aspects of the global business environment are being analyzed. This includes cultural and societal factors, legal structure, economic circumstances, technological progress, and political influences that might influence McDonald's performance within Russia. Environmental analysis, Industry analysis framework, and Strategic analysis are utilized to enhance comprehension of these factors. These are utilized to study McDonald's business in Russia's market. The goal of this study is to offer more profound knowledge of the obstacles and possibilities McDonald's encounters when expanding into the Russian market.
