Abstract
Diplomski rad istražuje temu prilagodbe poslovnog modela digitalnom okruženju. Središnji fokus rada je na digitalnoj transformaciji i njezinom utjecaju na poslovanje. U kontekstu poslovnih modela, rad analizira ključne elemente digitalnih poslovnih modela i istražuje alate za poduzetničko vođenje u digitalnom okruženju. Naglasak je i na primjeni agilnih metoda u prilagodbi poslovnog modela. Kroz primjere i analizu postojećih poslovnih modela, rad donosi uvid u različite strategije i prakse. Također, istražuje se uloga umjetne inteligencije u poslovnom okruženju, uključujući utjecaj algoritama i mreža na poslovne strategije te konkurenciju u doba umjetne inteligencije. Kao primjer dobre prakse, rad se osvrće na Netflix kao jedan od vodećih igrača u digitalnom okruženju. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je pružiti uvid u prilagodbu poslovnog modela digitalnom okruženju kroz analizu digitalne transformacije, ključnih elemenata digitalnih poslovnih modela i uloge umjetne inteligencije.
Abstract (english)
The master's thesis explores the topic of business model adaptation to the digital environment. The central focus of the work is on digital transformation and its impact on business. In the context of business models, the paper analyzes key elements of digital business models and explores tools for entrepreneurial leadership in a digital environment. The emphasis is also on the application of agile methods in adapting the business model. Through examples and analysis of existing business models, the paper provides insight into different strategies and practices. Furthermore, it investigates the role of artificial intelligence in the business environment, including the impact of algorithms and networks on business strategies and competition in the era of artificial intelligence. As an example of good practice, the paper reviews Netflix as one of the leading players in the digital environment. The aim of this master's thesis is to provide insight into the adaptation of the business model to the digital environment through the analysis of digital transformation, key elements of digital business models, and the role of artificial intelligence.
