Abstract
Logistika u maloprodaji ima ključnu ulogu u optimizaciji protoka robe od proizvođača do krajnjeg potrošača. To uključuje širok spektar aktivnosti kao što su upravljanje zalihama, transport, skladištenje i distribucija proizvoda. Cilj logistike u maloprodaji je osigurati da proizvodi budu dostupni potrošačima u pravo vrijeme, na pravom mjestu i u pravoj količini. Suradnja između maloprodavača i proizvođača je ključna za uspješno upravljanje logističkim procesima u maloprodaji. Postoje različiti oblici suradnje koji omogućuju bolje upravljanje opskrbnim lancem i ostvarivanje uzajamnih koristi. Suradnja između maloprodavača i proizvođača uključuje upotrebu različitih alata, strategija i metoda koje doprinose poboljšanju logistike i upravljanju opskrbnim lancem. Ovi alati i tehnike pomažu u optimizaciji protoka robe, poboljšanju transparentnosti informacija i postizanju efikasnije suradnje. Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati i analizirati najpoznatije i najkorištenije metode, oblike, strategije i alate suradnje maloprodavača i proizvođača i prikazati ih na stvarnim primjerima poduzeća koja posluju na području Republike Hrvatske. Svi podatci u ovome radu prikupljeni su iz stručne literature kaošto su knjige, znanstveni časopisi i ostala relevantna literatura.
Abstract (english)
Logistics in retail plays a key role in optimizing the flow of goods from the producer to the end consumer. This includes a wide range of activities such as inventory management, transportation, storage and product distribution. The goal of logistics in retail is to ensure that products are available to consumers at the right time, in the right place and in the right quantity. Cooperation between retailers and manufacturers is essential for successful management of logistics processes in retail. There are various forms of cooperation that enable better management of the supply chain and realization of mutual benefits. Collaboration between retailers and manufacturers involves the use of various tools, strategies and methods that contribute to the improvement of logistics and supply chain management. These tools and techniques help optimize the flow of goods, improve information transparency and achieve more efficient collaboration. The aim of this work is to present and analyze the best-known and most used methods, forms, strategies and tools of cooperation between retailers and manufacturers and to present them on real examples of companies operating in the Republic of Croatia. All data in this work were collected from professional literature such as books, scientific journals and other relevant literature.
