Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema lean i lean alati u proizvodnji. Naglasak je bio na studiji slučaja tvrtke Vertiv d.o.o. gdje se proučavala 5S metoda, implementacija lean-a te rezultati lean-a. U završnom radu fokus je na samoj svrsi lean-a te njegovih alata. Uz studiju slučaja obrađena je i sama tema lean menadžmenta, kao i osam alata koji služe u implementaciji lean-a.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the topic of lean and lean tools in production is covered. The emphasis was on a case study of the company Vertiv d.o.o., where the 5S method, lean implementation, and lean results were studied. The focus of the thesis is one the purpose of lean itself and its tools. In addition to the case study, the thesis also covers the topic of lean management and the eight tools used in lean implementation.
