Abstract
Ovaj završni rad usmjeren je na kritički osvrt oko temeljnih odrednica tržišta rada EU27 i RH te, nakon teorijskog određenja, analizira kretanje najvažnijih pokazatelja vezanih uz zaposlenost i nezaposlenost EU27 i RH, uzimajući u obzir i suvremene trendove koji su značajni za radnu snagu i tržište rada. Analizom se obuhvaćaju plaće i produktivnost rada u EU27 i RH, nezaposlenost mladih, neusklađenost tržišta rada s naglaskom na ekonomsku strukturu EU27. Nakon provedene analize tržišta rada, argumentirano se odgovara na pitanje postoji li porezna konkurencija u EU27 po pitanju tržišta rada i koje su najvažnije odrednice tržišta rada EU27 i RH.
Abstract (english)
This thesis focuses on a critical review of the fundamental determinants of the labor market in the EU27 and the Republic of Croatia. After the theoretical definition, the development of the main indicators related to employment and unemployment in the EU27 and the Republic of Croatia is analyzed, taking into account current trends relevant to the workforce and the labor market. The analysis includes wages and labor productivity in the EU27 and the Republic of Croatia, youth unemployment, mismatch in the labor market with a focus on the economic structure of the EU27. After the analysis of the labor market, the author provides an argumentative answer to the question: Is there tax competition in the labor market in the EU27 and what are the most important determinants of the labor market in the EU27 and the Republic of Croatia.
