Abstract
Ovaj završni rad predstavlja važnost upravljanja zalihama unutar poduzeća. Cilj je prikazati efikasno upravljanje zalihama, a da ih na stanju uvijek ima dovoljno, uz što niže troškove. Planiranjem narudžbi ujedno se planira i optimalna količina zaliha potrebna za zadovoljenje potreba koje kupac zahtijeva. Učinkovit proces upravljanja zalihama nastoji ispuniti vremenske rokove isporuke. Učinkovitost se može postići kroz odgovarajući model upravljanja zalihama, ali i odgovarajuću metodu troškova zaliha. U završnom radu su osim modela upravljanja zaliha i metoda troškova zaliha, objašnjene i vrste zaliha te funkcije zaliha. Uz teoretski dio o upravljanju zalihama, u ovom radu se nalazi i istraživački dio koji je proveden na temelju dobivenih podataka poduzeća Same Deutz-Fahr Žetelice d.o.o. Riječ je o poduzeću koje se nalazi u Županji, a bavi se proizvodnjom kombajna. Istraživanjem se saznalo o planu proizvodnje, upravljanju zalihama u navedenom poduzeću, promjeni njihovih zaliha tijekom dva vremenska razdoblja te skladištenju zaliha.
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents the importance of inventory management within a company. The goal is to show efficient inventory management, and that there is always enough in stock, with the lowest costs. Order planning also plans the optimal amount of stock needed to meet the needs of the customer. An effective inventory management process strives to meet delivery timelines. Efficiency can be achieved through an appropriate inventory management model, as well as an appropriate inventory costing method. In addition to inventory management models and inventory costing methods, inventory types and inventory functions are also explained in the final paper. In addition to the theoretical part on inventory management, this paper also contains a research part that was conducted based on the data obtained from the company Same DeutzFahr Žetelice d.o.o. It is a company located in Županja, which deals with the production of harvesters. Through the research, it was learned about the production plan, inventory management in the mentioned company, changes in their inventory during two time periods, and inventory storage.
