Abstract
Plaće, zarade i troškovi radne snage ključni su faktori koji utječu na ekonomsku dinamiku i konkurentnost tržišta rada u RH i EU27. Ovaj završni rad teorijski će odrediti i objasniti metode prikupljanja podataka na tržištu rada s posebnim naglaskom na analizu troška rada i utjecaj na prihod zaposlenika i potrošača, zaradu radnika unutar zemalja članica EU27 (osnovna plaća plus prekovremeni sati i bonus). Radom će se pokušati objasniti koji faktori utječu na promjenu plaća i trošak radne snage, produktivnost rada, a ujedno će analizirati plaće prema obrazovnoj strukturi stanovništva, ekonomskoj strukturi gospodarstva i državama članicama EU27. U konačnici, istraživanjem u ovom radu pokušat će se, zaključno, odgovoriti na pitanje „o čemu, načelno, ovisi visina neto i bruto plaća, kao i porezni klin te kakav je odnos prema institutu minimalne plaće u EU27?“
Abstract (english)
Wages, salaries and labor costs are key factors that influence the economic dynamics and competitiveness of the labor market in the Republic of Croatia and the European Union. This final thesis will theoretically determine and explain the methods of data collection in the labor market with special emphasis on the analysis of labor costs and the impact on the income of employees and consumers, the earnings of workers within the EU27 member states (basic salary plus overtime hours and bonus). The work will try to explain which factors influence the change in wages and labor costs, labor productivity, and at the same time will analyze wages according to the educational structure of the population, the economic structure of the economy and the EU27 member states. In the end, the research in this paper will try to answer the question "what, in principle, does the level of net and gross wages, as well as the tax wedge, and what is the relationship to the minimum wage institute in the EU27?"
