Abstract
Suvremena ekonomija prepoznaje važnost institucija za ekonomski rast i razvoj. Institucije se definiraju kao pravila igre koje je smislio čovjek da bi smanjio nesigurnost. U ovom se diplomskom radu raspravlja o formalnim i neformalnim institucijama, institucionalnim ograničenjima i njihovom utjecaju na poduzetništvo. S obzirom na to da institucije utječu na „pravila igre“ u gospodarstvu i društvu, razvoj poduzetništva nužno ovisi o kvaliteti zakonodavnog i institucionalnog okvira. U teorijskom dijelu, rad se bavi objašnjenjem pojmova i značenja vezanih uz institucionalne ekonomije, prvenstvo značenje formalnih i neformalnih institucija. Raspravlja se o institucionalnim ograničenjima te istražuje zakonodavni i institucionalni okvir za razvoj poduzetništva na primjeru poduzetništva mladih.
Abstract (english)
The modern economy recognizes the importance of institutions for economic growth and development. Institutions are defined as the rules of the game invented by man to reduce uncertainty. This thesis discusses formal and informal institutions, institutional constraints and their impact on entrepreneurship. Given that institutions influence the "rules of the game" in the economy and society, the development of entrepreneurship necessarily depends on the quality of the legislative and institutional framework. In the theoretical part, the paper deals with the explanation of terms and meanings related to institutional economies, primarily the meaning of formal and informal institutions. Institutional limitations are discussed and the legislative and institutional framework for the development of entrepreneurship is explored using the example of youth entrepreneurship.
