Modern banking technology has significantly transformed the way financial services are delivered and used. Technological progress has brought a number of innovations that improve the efficiency, security and accessibility of banking services. The new technology has become available in all areas of the world, including banking. The development of technology has enabled banks to develop and improve their products and thus provide a wider range of services to a wider range of users. So it's no surprise that online banking has become one of the successful areas where banks are taking their business to the next level. In addition, banks are becoming important in the business world, and consumers in today's world use mobile and online banking. Of course, in addition to these services, customers use other services of the bank such as insurance, credit, savings and the like which ultimately affects their overall satisfaction. The objective of this thesis is to investigate, compare and, on the basis of the research and comparison, conclude how much the bank's revenues are related to the success of online banking. More specifically, is the success of banking related to the number of users of online banking and is the satisfaction of users of online banking proportional to the number of users? The investigation was carried out on the ten largest banks in the world and the banks were analysed through the criteria of income and general customer satisfaction of the banks in order to establish the link with the online banking performance of the banks under review.
