Abstract
Za promatranje kretanja vrijednosti indeksa fonda koriste se tehnička i fundamentalna analiza financijskih instrumenata. Tehničkom analizom nastoje se predvidjeti buduće vrijednosti financijskih instrumenata temeljene na povijesnim podacima cijena i obujmu trgovanja. Fundamentalna analiza uzima u obzir makroekonomske čimbenike, te promatra poduzeća i grane u kojima poduzeća posluju. Investicijski fondovi su financijske organizacije ili institucionalni investitori registrirani kao kompanije, koji prikupljaju financijska sredstva od ulagača, te ih plasiraju u dugoročne i kratkoročne investicije. Investicijski fond može biti otvoreni i zatvoreni. Otvoreni investicijski fond ima promjenjivi broj udjela. Kroz ulaganja u fond povećava se veličina fonda i broj udjela, te u otvorenom investicijskom fondu ne postoji ograničenje u broju udjela. Za razliku od otvorenog, zatvoreni investicijski fond emitira i prodaje vrijednosnice u kratkom roku. Crobex 10 je indeksni dionički otvoreni investicijski fond s javnom ponudom (UCITS). Društvo za upravljanje InterCapital Asset Management d.o.o. upravlja fondom. U sastav indeksa ulazi 10 dionica iz indeksa Crobex s najvećom free float tržišnom kapitalizacijom i prometom. Free float se odnosi na broj dionica koje su dostupne za trgovanje, a tržišna kapitalizacija je procjena vrijednosti i broja dionica poduzeća. Središnji dio ovoga rada je analiza kretanja vrijednosti navedenoga fonda. Indeks Crobex 10 prateći stanja na tržištu i gospodarstvu je imao rastuće i padajuće trendove. Pad bruto društvenog proizvoda, dobivene loše ocjene kreditnih institucija, pad industrijske proizvodnje i smanjenje obujma trgovanja dionicama koje se nalaze u sastavu fonda prouzročilo je padajući trend vrijednosti indeksa Crobex 10. Za vrijeme pozitivnih makroekonomskih utjecaja i povećanja obujma trgovanja dolazilo je do rastućih trendova.
Abstract (english)
In order to observe the movements of the value of the index fund technical and fundamental analysis of financial instruments are used. Technical analysis attempts to foresee the future values of financial instruments based on historical data of the price and the volume of trading. Fundamental analysis takes into consideration macroeconomic factors, and observes companies and branches in which companies do business. Financial organization's investment funds or institutional investors are registered as companies, which collect financial means from the investors, and are then being invested in long term or short term investments. Investment funds can be closed or open. The open investment fund has a variable number of shares. Through the investment in fund is also increased the size of the fund and its number of shares, while in open financial investment fund there is no limit to the number of shares. In comparison to the open fund, the closed investment fund broadcasts and sells bonds in short periods. Crobex 10 is index share's opened investment fund with public offering (UCITS). The company that manages InterCapital Asset Management Ltd. controls the fund. In the composition of index are comprised 10 shares from the Crobex's index with the biggest free float of market capitalization and the volume of trading. Free float refers to the number of the shares that are available for trade, and market capitalization is the assessment of the value and the number of shares of the company. The center part of this paper is the analysis of movement of the value of the aforementioned fund. Index Crobex 10 by following the trends on the market had growing and falling trends. The fall of the gross national product, bad ratings from the credit institutions, the fall of the industrial production and the reduced number of trading with shares which comprise part of the fund, caused the falling trend of the value of index Crobex 10. During the time of positive macroeconomic influences and increased trading volume led to the rising trends.
