Nakon sloma socijalističkih režima krajem osamdesetih godina prošloga stoljeća bivše komunističke zemlje našle su se pred izazovima ostvarivanja modernog liberalno demokratskog društva. After the collapse of socialist regimes in the late eighties of the past century, former communist countries found themselves facing the challenges of modern and liberal accomplishment of democratic society.
