Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada se odnosi na neravnoteže na tržištu Republike Hrvatske, te na komparaciju Republike Hrvatske sa CEE zemljama Europske unije po pitanju stope nezaposlenosti prema različitim obilježjima. Nezaposlenost predstavlja problem za svaku zemlju. Uzroci su mnogi, a jedan od glavnih je velika ekonomska kriza koja je ostavila velik trag i na našem gospodarstvu te je pridonijela zatvaranju mnogih poduzeća što je rezultiralo gubitkom posla i na kraju povećanjem stope nezaposlenosti. Pronalazak posla postao je izazov zbog premale ponude i prevelike potražnje. Iz tog razloga sve veći broj mladih se odlučuje na odlazak u neku drugu europsku zemlju tražeći „bolje sutra“ . Još jedna od posljedica nezaposlenosti uz migraciju jest i smanjenje nataliteta pri čemu se predviđa kako će se broj stanovnika Republike Hrvatske značajno smanjiti.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is related to the imbalance in the labour market of the Republic of Croatia and the comparison of the Republic of Croatia with the CEE countries of the European Union regarding the unemployment rate according to different characteristics. Unemployment is a problem for every country. There are many causes, and one of those is the major economic crises that left a great mark on our economy and has contributed to the closure of many businesses, resulting in job losses and ultimately increasing unemployment. Finding a job has become a challenge because of too little supply and too much demand. For this reason, an increasing number of young people decide to go to another more successful European country seeking a „better tomorrow“. Another consequence of unemployment with migration is the decrease in the natal-tilt, predicting that the number of residents of the Republic of Croatia will be significantly reduced.
