| Abstract | Na samom početku diplomskog rada Analiza poslovne ideje: „Zlatni lug“ tj. nakon uvoda obuhvaćena su tematska područja koja se odnose općenito na poduzetništvo, značenje i definiranje pojma.
Pojmovno je određeno obiteljsko poduzetništvo i tipologije obiteljskog poduzetništva. Zatim smo se osvrnuli na četiri osnovne grupe resursa u obiteljskim poduzećima, koje obiteljska poduzeća mogu korištenjem pretvoriti u svoju posebnost, konkurentsku snagu i prednost.
Treći dio rada vezan je za prednosti i nedostatke koji se mogu naći u obiteljskom poduzetništvu
U četvrtom dijelu rada pažnja je usmjerena na karakteristike obiteljskog poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj, ali i za obiteljska poduzeća u cijelom svijetu. U tabeli su prikazana najveća svjetska poduzeća rangirana od 1 do 10 prema uspjehu, tj. prema veličini godišnjeg ostvarenog prometa.
Razvoj obiteljskog poduzeća je opisan kroz faze životnog ciklusa obiteljskog poduzetništva, ali životni ciklus obiteljskih generacija uključenih u poslovanje obiteljskih poduzeća. To je prikazano kroz četiri etape.
Nakon dijela rada koji se bazirao na teoriju, rad je upotpunjen jednim primjerom obiteljskog poduzetništva. Radi se o obiteljskom gospodarstvu „Zlatni lug“. Izloženi su osnovni ciljevi, sadržaj koji nudi gospodarstvo, karakteristike turističke ponude i potražnje, te pokretačke čimbenike obiteljskog poduzeća „Zlatni lug“.
Nakon tog slijedi opis poslovne ideje na kojoj se namjerava pokrenuti poduzetnička aktivnosti: opis djelatnosti, potrebna ulaganja, prostor, lokacija, zaposlenici, razdoblje izvedbe, moguća dobit. Zatim sam istražila četiri područja koju okružuju poslovnu ideju, a to su djelatnost, kupci(posjetitelji), konkurencija i dobavljači.
U posljednjem dijelu sve je sažeto u zaključak koji je proizašao iz cjelokupnog diplomskog rada. |
| Abstract (english) | At the very beginning of the graduate thesis Business Idea Analysis: The "Golden Bull", ie after the introduction, covered the thematic areas that generally relate to entrepreneurship, the meaning and definition of the term. Conceptual family entrepreneurship and typologies of family entrepreneurship are defined. Then we looked at four basic resource groups in family businesses, which family businesses can use to turn into their specialty, competitive strength and advantage. The third part of the work is related to the advantages and disadvantages that can be found in family entrepreneurship In the fourth part of the paper attention is focused on the characteristics of a family enterprise in the Republic of Croatia, as well as for family businesses around the world. The table shows the world's largest companies rated 1 to 10 according to their success, ie the size of their annual turnover. The development of a family enterprise is described through the stages of the family life cycle, but the life cycle of family generations involved in family business operations. This is shown through four stages. After a part of the theory-based work, the work was complemented by one example of family entrepreneurship. It is a family farm "Golden Bull". The basic objectives, the content of the economy, characteristics of tourist supply and demand, and the driving factors of the family enterprise "Golden lug" are presented. Following is a description of the business idea for which entrepreneurial activity is planned: activity description, investment required, space, location, employees, period of performance, possible profit. Then I explored the four areas that surround the business idea, namely, business, customers (visitors), competitors, and suppliers. In the last part, everything is summarized in the conclusion that came from the entire graduate thesis. |
