Abstract
Pojedine tvrtke muče se s efikasnošću obavljanja posla te taj posao pokušavaju modificirati i nadograditi kako bi bio uspješno obavljen. Taj proces je sve više i više iscrpljujući i dovodi do velike složenosti samog procesa. Često se taj posao pokrene ispočetka te predstavlja drastičnu i cjelokupnu promjenu načina obavljanja posla. Tako dolazimo do pojma reinženjering, koji donosi novi početak i pokušaj da se isti posao obavi na određeni, bolji način nego što se obavljao do tada. Također... More reinženjering poslovnih procesa mijenja i kulturu u poduzeću te više važnosti pridaje specijalistima struke nego li nekom menadžeru. Prednosti ovog pristupa poslovnim procesima su višestruke. Poduzeće postaje konkurentnije cijenom samog proizvoda te tako ostvaruje i niže troškove proizvodnje. Neizostavna karakteristika ovog procesa je i brzina kojom se usluga dostavlja kupcu te dugoročno dolazi i do povećanja kvalitete. Drugi dio ovog završnog rada se odnosi na organizaciju koja uči. Pojam je to koji se odnosi na timski rad, cjeloživotno učenje i motiviranje. Globalizacija je sa sobom donijela veliko tržište i time visoko konkurentno društvo u kojem je konstantno potrebno učiti i biti kreativan da bi opstao na turbulentnom tržištu. Radna mjesta više nisu tako sigurna za one koje misle da su tokom školovanja naučili sve što im je potrebno. U takvoj okolini se radna mjesta gube jer se od zaposlenika očekuje konstantan rad i učenje kako bi pojedini zaposlenik imao više znanja i vještina pri obavljanju posla. Less
Abstract (english)
Some companies are struggling with the efficiency of doing business and trying to modify and upgrade this job so that it can be successfully accomplished, and that process is getting more and more exhausting and the complexity of the process itself. But often, this business goes from scratch and represents a drastic and overall change in how to do business. Here we come to the concept of reengineering that brings a new beginning and an attempt to do the same job in a certain, better way... More than it was before. Also reengineering of business processes changes and grows in the company, and adds more importance to professional specialists than to a manager. The advantages of this approach to business processes are multiple. A large company becomes more competitive with the price of the product itself and thus achieves lower production costs. The indispensable feature of this process is the speed at which the service is delivered to the buyer, and the quality of the service is increased in the long run. The second part of this final work refers to the learning organization. The term is about teamwork, lifelong learning and motivation. Globalization has brought with it a big market with a highly competitive society in which we have to constantly learn and be creative to survive in a turbulent market. Workplaces are no longer so sure about those who think they have learned everything they need during their schooling. In such a situation, jobs are lost because they expect constant work and learning from them so that an individual employee has more knowledge and skills in doing the job. Less
