Abstract
Cilj istraživanja rada je predstaviti agilne metode razvoja softvera ukazujući na njihove temeljne vrijednosti i principe, opisujući najčešće korištene agilne metode u razvoju softvera, analizirajući njihovo korištenje te primjenu i usvajanje. Rad prikazuje što agilne metode čini aktualnima, koje su prepreke na putu njihova adaptiranja te koje su koristi. Prvo su prikazane osnovne informacije o agilnim metodama i opisuju se neke od najčešće korištenih agilnih metoda, potom slijede informacije o korištenju agilnih metoda. Na kraju se donosi primjer uporabe agilnih metoda u konkretnom poduzeću, te način usvajanja agilnih metoda prikazan na dva primjera.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the research is to present agile software development methods, pointing to their core values and principles, describing the most commonly used agile methods in software development, analysing their use, applying and adopting them. The paper shows reasons that make agile methods up-to-date, which are obstacles in the way of their adaptation and what they are used for. Firstly, there are the basic information on the agile method and some of the most commonly used agile methods. Then there is information about use of agile methods, an example of the use of agile methods in a current company and the way of adopting agile methods presented in two examples.
