Abstract U svakodnevnom životu često dolazimo u situacije koje su neugodne, suprotne našim stavovima, željama i potrebama, što može rezultirati konfliktnom situacijom. Sukobi su uzrok uznemirujućih situacija koje odvlače pažnju s onoga bitnog za organizaciju. Stoga je vrlo važno spoznati kako sukob utječe na organizaciju i koje troškove sa sobom donosi. ... More konflikta na minimum, koje potiču i jačaju pozitivne konflikte, te omogućavaju izbor i primjenu različitih pristupa konfliktima. Konflikti se javljaju i u organizacijama i to na dnevnoj bazi. Konflikti se ne mogu izbjeći, ali se mogu proučavati kako bi se budući konflikti prepoznali na vrijeme. Jedna od najvažnijih stavki u tome je poznavanje vrsta konflikata kao što su konflikti dvostrukog privlačenja, konflikti dvostrukog odbijanja, konflikti istovremenog privlačenja i odbijanja, te intrapersonalni konflik, interpersonalni konflikt, intraorganizacijski konflikt, i interorganizacijski konflikt. U procesu upravljanja konfliktima od velikog je značaja razumijevanje pojmova kao što su potrebe, opažanja, moć, vrijednosti i emocije kao pokretača ponašanja svakog pojedinca. Sam proces upravljanja sastoji se od dijagnoze, intervencija, konflikta, te učenja i učinkovitosti. Uspjeh organizacije ovisi o sposobnosti za smirivanje konfliktne situacije i razvijenosti konflikt menadžmenta. Konflikt menadžment podrazumijeva povezanost svih faktora koji mogu pridonijeti razrješenju ili prevenciji konflikta. Ti faktori služe za poboljšanje komunikacije i discipline u organizaciji. Primitivni ljudi svoje sukobe rješavaju kao životinje. Smatraju da što glasniji i jači budu, oni pobjeđuju i dobivaju ono što su htjeli,no menadžeri se često susreću sa sukobima koji se ne odnose na samo na dvije sukobljene strane, nego na cijele odjele ili timove. Abstract (english) In everyday life we often come to situations that are unpleasant, contrary to our attitudes, wants and needs, which can result with conflicting situations. Conflicts are the cause of disturbing situations that distract attention from what is important to the organization. More situations requires the development of strategies that help to bring conflict to a minimum, which encourage and strengthen positive conflicts, and enable the choice and application of different conflict approaches. Conflicts also occur in organizations on a daily basis. Conflicts can not be avoided, but they can be studied to identify future conflicts in time. One of the most important items in this is knowledge of the types of conflicts such as double invasion conflicts, double rejection conflicts, simultaneous invasion and rejection conflicts, and intrapersonal conflict, interpersonal conflict, intra-organizational conflict, and inter-organizational conflict. In the process of conflict management it is of great importance to understand concepts such as needs, observations, power, values and emotions as the drivers of each individual's behavior. The management process itself consists of diagnosis, intervention, conflict, and learning and effectiveness. The organization's success depends on the ability to calm the conflict situation and the development of conflict management. Conflict management implies the linkage of all factors that can contribute to resolving or preventing conflict. These factors serve to improve communication and discipline in the organization. They feel that the louder and the strongest they are, they will win and gain what they want, but managers often encounter conflicts that are not just about the two conflicting sides, but the entire teams or teams.
