Abstract
Poduzeća bi u današnjem dinamičnom okruženju trebala voditi računa o strategijama nagrađivanja koje će im pomoći pri realizaciji organizacijskih ciljeva i povećanju njihovih vrijednosti. Jedan od ključnih čimbenika upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima je motivacija zaposlenika koja je ključ za sve visoke standarde poslovanja, potiče kreativnost, stvaralaštvo, inovativnost, potiče profesionalni razvoj zaposlenih, povećava zadovoljstvo te ujedno i zadržavanje zaposlenika u poduzeću. Nema svaki zaposlenik jednake potrebe, niti jednake motivatore, te se postavlja pitanje na koji način pronaći njegove slabe točke, odnosno najbolji oblik motivacije koji će ga potaknuti i na najbolji način utjecati na njega. Ako uspijemo prepoznati i razumjeti što je to, tada ćemo u ruci imati najsnažniji alat koji će nam pomoći da povećamo produktivnost i postignemo optimalnu organizacijsku klimu. Cilj ovog završnog rada bit će približiti vezu između nagrađivanja i motiviranja zaposlenika, te prikazati osnovne načine nagrađivanja koje menadžeri primjenjuju.
Abstract (english)
In today's dynamic environment, companies should take into account remuneration strategies that will help them achieve their organizational goals and increase their value. One of the key factors in human resource management is employee motivation, which is key to all high standards, stimulates creativity, creativity innovation, encourages professional development of employees, increases satisfaction and at the same time keeps employees in the enterprise. Not every employee has equal needs or equal motivators, and the question is how to find his weak points, or the best form of motivation that will encourage and affect him. If we manage to identify and understand this, we will have the most powerful tool in our hand that will help us increase productivity and achieve the optimal organizational climate. The goal of this final work will be finding connection between employee reward and motivation and show the basic remuneration whom managers apply.
