Abstract
U ovom je radu fokus bio stavljen na razmatranje problematike emocionalne inteligencije u poslovanju. Sam predmet izrade rada, utvrđivanje je važnosti emocionalne inteligencije u poslovanju suvremenih poslovnih subjekata. Ciljevi izrade rada su višestruki: prikupiti, analizirati te izvesti zaključne stavove iz problematike emocionalne inteligencije, ukazati na važnost razvijanja emocionalne inteligencije usmjerene ostvarivanju što boljih poslovnih rezultata, utvrditi temeljne odrednice emocionalne inteligencije kao i proširiti dosadašnja saznanja iz predmetne problematike rada. Emocionalna inteligencija predstavlja sposobnost prepoznavanja vlastitih i tuđih osjećaja te korištenja istih u upravljanju okolinom u kojoj djeluju. Emocionalna inteligencija ima izuzetno značajnu ulogu u pridobivanju potrebnih informacija usmjerenih u svrhu razvijanja pojedinca te poslovnog subjekta u kojemu isti djeluje. Značaj emocionalne inteligencije u poslovanju, izniman je budući da emocionalna inteligencija uvelike doprinosi povećanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika jer lideri prepoznaju potrebe zaposlenika te teže njihovom rješavanju. Jednako tako, emocionalna inteligencija podrazumijeva emocionalno povezivanje sa zaposlenicima što je u funkciji poticanja pozitivnog djelovanja usmjerenog individualnom i kolektivnom ostvarivanju ciljeva.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the focus was placed on the consideration of the issues of emotional intelligence in business. The very essence of this paper is to establish the importance of emotional intelligence in management of modern business subjects. The goals of this paper are multiple: to collect, analyze, and draw conclusions from emotional intelligence issues, to point out the importance of developing emotional intelligence aimed at achieving better business results, to establish the basic determinant of emotional intelligence as well as to extend the current knowledge of the case problematics. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize one's own and other feelings and use them to manage the environment in which they work. Emotional intelligence plays an extremely important role in gaining the necessary information aimed at developing the individual and business entity in which it works. The importance of emotional intelligence in business is remarkable since emotional intelligence greatly contributes to increasing employees satisfaction as leaders recognize employees’ needs and strive for their solution. Equally, emotional intelligence implies emotional connection with employees, which serves to promote positive action directed at individual and collective achievement of goals.
