Abstract
U ovom radu je kroz osam poglavlja obrađena tema "Poticanje radne uspješnosti" sa svim ključnim značajkama koje utječu na radnu uspješnost. Kroz rad se susreće značaj motivacije na radnu uspješnost kao i načini na koji podižemo radnu uspješnost zaposlenicima. Također kroz rad je prikazana kompleksnost menadžmenta ljudskih potencijala kao i načina na koji se može motivirati zaposlenik. Obrađene su materijalne i nematerijalne kompenzacije i metode kojima možemo kompenzirati zaposlenicima utjecajući na njihovu motivaciju i radnu uspješnost. Prilikom pisanja rada korištene su opće metode i sekundarni izvori podataka.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of "Encouragement of Work Performance" through eight chapters, covering all key factors that affect work performance. The paper emphasizes the importance of motivation when it comes to work performance, as well as methods for enhancing employees' work performance. Moreover, the paper reveals the complexity of human resources management, as well as that of methods for improving employee motivation. The issue of material and non-material compensation has also been analysed, including methods with aid of which we can compensate our employees and that influence their motivation and work performance. For the purpose of compiling this paper, general methods and secondary data sources were used.
