Abstract
Suvremeno doba karakterizira razvoj suvremenih informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija i stoga poduzeća u svoje poslovanje uvode elektroničko poslovanje, koje se temelji na informatičkoj i internetskoj tehnologiji. Elektroničko poslovanje, kao najbolji odgovor na nove tržišne prilike i rastuću konkurenciju, prepoznao je i bankarski sektor koji je najveće promjene doživio prihvaćajući internet. Korisnici se sve više okreću novim trendovima u bankarskom sektoru, a jedna od najbrže rastućih usluga suvremenog elektroničkog bankarstva je mobilno bankarstvo. Cilj banaka je da usluge mobilnog bankarstva koristi što veći broj klijenata, svih dobnih skupina. Prednosti mobilnog bankarstva su višestruke, što je prepoznala i studentska populacija. U ovome radu provedeno je istraživanje o popularnosti korištenja usluga mobilnog bankarstva upravo među mladima, odnosno studentima. Zamjetan je trend porasta popularnosti mobilnog bankarstva ponajviše zbog uštede vremena i novaca, jednostavnosti korištenja i povećanja kontrole nad osobnim financijama, no određen postotak ispitanika ipak ne koristi ove usluge ponajviše zbog pitanja sigurnosti kao presudnog faktora. Ipak, prevladava opće prihvaćanje ovog oblika bankovne usluge, što je u skladu sa svjetskim trendovima.
Abstract (english)
The modern era is characterized by the development of modern information and communication technologies, and therefore the company introduces electronic commerce based on information technology and Internet technology into its business. Electronic business, as the best response to new market opportunities and growing competition, has also recognized the banking sector that has experienced the biggest changes by adopting the Internet. Users are increasingly turning to new trends in the banking sector, and one of the fastest growing services of modern electronic banking is mobile banking. The aim of the banks is to use customers of all age groups as possible to use the services of mobile banking. The benefits of mobile banking are multiple, as recognized by the student population. This paper deals with the popularity of using mobile banking services among young people and students. The trend of increased popularity of mobile banking is evident, mainly because of time and money savings, ease of use, and increased control over personal finance, but a certain percentage of respondents never use these services primarily because of security issues as a crucial factor. Nevertheless, the general acceptance of this form of bank service prevails, which is in line with world trends.
