Abstract
Ovim radom se ukazuje na razne mogućnosti manipulacija informacijama na tržištu. Rad je koncipiran na način da u uvodu imamo neke najosnovnije stvari o informacijama, zatim slijedi dio o vrstama i metodama manipulacija, te zakonskim regulativama kojima su jasno utvrđena pravila ponašanja sudionika na tržištu koje su glavni fokus ovog rada. U radu iznosimo nacionalne i internacionalne primjere za teme kojih se rad dotiče, pa tako imamo poznati slučaj INA i MOL gdje je uprava MOL-a optužena za... More manipulaciju informacijama, ali i inozemni primjer francuske banke Société Générale u kojoj je jedan broker neovlaštenom trgovinom oštetio banku za 4,9 milijardi eura. Ova dva primjera pokazuju da manipulacije mogu biti na razini pojedinca, ali i na razini cijele tvrtke. U cijelom svijetu postoje agencije čija je primarna zadaća očuvanje stabilnosti financijskog sustava i nadzor zakonitosti poslovanja, a jedna od njih je Hrvatska agencija za nadzor financijskih usluga. Najveći problem leži u činjenici da je agencijama jako teško kontrolirati zlouporabu povlaštenim informacijama, te se očekuje i od pojedinaca da na sve načine pridonesu iskorjenjivanju manipulacija informacijama na tržištu. Abstract (english)
This paper is pointing out different possibilities of manipulation of information in market. Paper is composed on the way that first in introduction we have some primary things about information’s, than follows the part about methods and ways of manipulation, and legal regulates in which are clearly determent rules for behaving participants on the market which are main focus of this paper. In the paper are pointed out national and international examples for subject that paper is about, so... More we have famous case about INA and MOL where is board of MOL accused for manipulation of information, but and international example of France bank Société Générale in which on of the broker with unauthorised purchase damaged bank for 4.9 billions of euros. This two examples shows us that manipulation can happen at the lowest level, but also on the more bigger scale like the whole firm. In the world exist agencies which have for their primary mission to maintain stability of financial system and supervision of legal transactions, one of them being Croatians agency for supervision of financial offers. Biggest problem lies in the fact that it is extremely hard for the agency to control unauthorized usages of secret information, and it is expected even of the individuals to participate in any way to dissolving manipulation of information in the market.
