Abstract
U današnje vrijeme kada je Internet dostupan gotovo svima, život bez interneta je postao nezamisliv. Razvojem novih tehnologija kao i pojavom interneta došlo je do promjena u komunikaciji, što je za posljedicu imalo promjene u načinu poslovanja. Radi sve većeg utjecaja i moći medija, s naglaskom na društvene medije, područje oglašavanja moralo se prilagoditi novoj vrsti marketinga, takozvanom online marketingu. Da bi stvorili kvalitetan odnos s potencijalnim kupcima i kako bi povećali svijest... More kupaca o ponuđenim proizvodima ili uslugama poduzeća koriste razne web alate poput kreiranja vlastitih web-stranica, stvaranje poslovnih profila na društvenim mrežama i ostalih oblika online oglašavanja. Prednost online oglašavanja u odnosu na oglašavanje putem tradicionalnih medija je u mogućnosti lakšeg i preciznijeg određivanja ciljane skupine korisnika, poznavanja njihovih želja i preferencija, osim toga Internet nudi niže troškove oglašavanja te bržu i jednostavniju analizu rezultata oglašavanja. Kao smjer kretanja svojih marketinških aktivnosti sve više poduzeća u današnjem poslovnom svijetu orijentirano je upravo na društvene mreže. Društvene mreže prepoznate su kao pogodno sredstvo za oglašavanje jer danas gotovo da nema osobe koja ima otvoren profil na društvenoj mreži, a da ne prati barem jedan poslovni profil. Razlog se krije u tome što se preko poslovnih profila mogu saznati sve potrebne informacije kao što su radno vrijeme, određene pogodnosti, popusti te je olakšana komunikacija s poduzećem. Jedna od specifičnosti koje nude društvene mreže je ostavljanje recenzija, a one mogu imati i pozitivan i negativan utjecaj na poslovanje. Less

Nowadays when the Internet is available to almost everyone, life without Internet has become unthinkable. The development of new technologies as well as the appearance of the Internet have brought changes in communication, resulting in changes in the way business is done. With the growing influence and power of the media, with emphasis on social media, the advertising field had to adapt to the new type of marketing, so-called online marketing. To create a quality relationship with potential... More buyers and to increase customer awareness of offered products or services, companies use various web tools such as creating their own web pages, creating business profiles on social networks and other forms of online advertising. The advantage of online advertising over traditional media advertising is to enable a more accurate and precise definition of a targeted user group, knowing their wishes and preferences, and the Internet offers lower advertising costs and a faster and simpler analysis of advertising results. As the direction of moving its marketing activities, more and more businesses in today's business world are oriented to social networks. Social networks are recognized as a useful advertising medium because today there is virtually no person who has an open social network profile without having to follow at least one business profile. The reason is that business profiles can find all the necessary information such as working hours, certain benefits, discounts and facilitating communication with the company.
