Abstract
Predmet ovog rada su kulturalne specifičnosti u poslovnom komuniciranju. Ovaj rad je pokazao kako je poslovna komunikacija složen proces koji se sastoji od brojnih koraka. Utvrđeno je i kako postoje brojne kulturalne specifičnosti u poslovnom komuniciranju koje se posebno očituju kada organizacija djeluje globalno, odnosno kada djeluje i na međunarodnom tržištu. More poslovnom komuniciranju, nerazumijevanje i nepoštivanje tih specifičnosti i kulturalnih obrazaca pojedinih društava može dovesti do teškoća u poslovanju i do narušavanja odnosa sa pojedinim partnerima, pa i propadanja potencijalne poslovne suradnje. The subject of this paper is cultural specifics in business communication. This paper has shown that business communication is very complicated process which is determined by many different steps. It is also determined that there are many cultural specifics in business communication which especially manifest if organization operates worldwide, or on an international market.
