Abstract
Tema diplomskog rada je menadžment rizika i analiza njegove primjene u Atlantic Grupi. U prvome dijelu rada, koji predstavlja teorijski dio, predstavljen je temelj za izučavanje rizika i njegove vrste kako bi se uspješnije definirao menadžment rizika u poduzeću. S obzirom na veliku važnost za poslovanje poduzeća, definiran je proces upravljanja rizikom koji poduzeća moraju primijeniti za uspješnije poslovanje. Nakon teorijskog prikaza primijenjeno je znanje na analizi procesa menadžmenta rizika... More i njegovom upravljanju u poduzeću Atlantic Grupa. Detaljnom analizom i predstavljanjem poduzeća, kao i SWOT analizom koja je utvrdila snage i slabosti poduzeća, kao i prilike i prijetnje koje dolaze iz okoline detaljno se analiziralo upravljanje određenim vrstama rizika. Atlantic Grupa savršeni je primjer kako se uspješno može upravljati određenim rizicima u poduzeću kao što su rizici poslovnog okruženja, industrije, konkurencije te poslovni i financijski rizici. Razlog zašto je izabrana Atlantic Grupa je nagrada dobivena 2015. godine, kao rezultat efikasnog upravljanja rizicima, stoga Atlantic Grupa može služiti kao pravi primjer drugim poduzećima. Less
Abstract (english)
The topic of this master thesis is risk management and the analysis of its application in company Atlantic Group. The first part of the paper, which presents the theoretical part, described the basics about risk and various types of risk order to better define company risk management. Given the great importance for business operations, the risk management process that companies must apply for a more successful business, is defined. After the theoretical approach, the practical part referred to... More the risk management process and its application in the Atlantic Group. Detailed analysis and presentation of the company, as well as SWOT analysis that determined the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats coming from the market, gave the background for better analysis of risk management in Atlantic Group. Atlantic Group is a perfect example of how to manage certain risks in the enterprise, such as the risks of business environment, industry, competition, business and financial risks. The Atlantic Group has been selected because of the award for the best risk management practice in 2015., which can serve as a real example for other companies how to carry out the risk management right.
