Abstract
Franšiza kao način ulaska u svijet poduzetništva često predstavlja veliku nepoznanicu. Franšiza se pojavila vrlo davno, ali nije u svim dijelovima svijeta jednako zaživjela. Kupnja franšize predstavlja vrlo dobar odabir kod poduzetnika koji nemaju ideje što bi točno radili, a žele raditi za sebe. Poslovanje po sistemu „ključ u ruke“ je ponekad baš ono što poduzetniku treba. Iako skuplji početak poduzetničkog djelovanja, franšiza omogućuje podršku od davatelja franšize u svim segmentima. Međutim, u tom slučaju je poduzetnik vrlo ograničen u svom djelovanju. Ovaj rad prezentira franšizu kao način ulaska u svijet poduzetništva, kakav je to obvezno pravni odnos te koje su prednosti i mane ovakvog oblika poslovanja. Nadalje, odabir franšize kao početka poduzetničkog djelovanja, opisana je na primjeru kupnje franšize koja pruža prijevozničke usluge. Ovaj primjer pokazuje kako je franšiza dobar odabir za poduzetništvo i kod osoba koje nemaju sklonosti i vještine za samostalno pokretanje vlastitog posla.
Abstract (english)
Franchise as a pathway to entrepreneurship is often a big unknown. Frachise appeared a long time ago but it hasn't come to life in all parts of the world. Purchase of franchise presents a good selection for entrepreneurs who don't have idea about what their core business should be but want to work for themselvs. Turnkey business is sometimes excatly what entrepreneur needs. Although franchise is more expensive way of starting your entrepreneurial career it also provides support from franchisor in every aspects of business. However, in that case entrepreneur is very limited in his business activities. This paper presents franchise as a way in to the world of entrepreneurship. It also presents mutual rights and obligations for both contract parties and pros and cons of this kind of business. Furthermore, franchise as way of becoming an entrepreneur is described on example of purchase of transportation franchise. This example shows that franchise is a good way for beginnig in entrepreneurship when a person doesn't have affinity and skills for self-running business.
