Abstract
Tržište dobara možemo podijeliti prema broju poduzeća u nekom sektoru na savršenu konkurenciju, monopol, monopolističku konkurenciju te oligopol. Svaka navedena tržišna struktura nameće poduzećima specifična pravila ponašanja. Karakteristike savršene konkurencije odnose se na postojanje velikog broja poduzeća koje proizvode identično dobro, no savršeni konkurent nema utjecaja na cijenu jer on zapravo preuzima cijenu koju mu je tržište nametnulo. Slijedeća tržišna struktura monopol odnosi se na postojanje samo jednog poduzeća koje proizvodi neko jedinstveno dobro. Monopolom se zapravo ostvaruje moć na tržištu, te u svezi s tim monopolist određuje cijenu dobra, te ju on kontrolira. Bitno je spomenuti da diferenciranim cijenama monopolist može prodavati određena dobra ili usluge različitim kupcima po različitim cijenama. Monopolistička konkurencija, koja je najčešća tržišna struktura, govori nam o tome da se na tom tržištu nalazi veliki broj poduzeća koje proizvode neko diferencirano dobro. Monopolistički konkurent u ovom slučaju ima određeni utjecaj na cijenu. Posljednja tržišna struktura Oligopol nam govori kako se na tom tržištu nalazi nekoliko poduzeća koja proizvode identično ili diferencirano dobro, te da oligopolist ima značajan utjecaj na formiranje cijene, bilo da se radi o određivanju putem vodstva u cijenama ili putem tajnih sporazuma. Također na tržištu oligopola vrlo bitan utjecaj imaju teorije strategijskih igara uz pomoć kojih se donose odluke ukoliko postoje neke konfliktne situacije.
Abstract (english)
Market of goods can be divided, according to the number of companies in some divisions, into perfect competition, monopoly, monopolistic competition and oligopoly. Each one of listed market structures enforces certain rules of behaviour for each company. Characteristics of perfect competition relates on existence of severe number of companies which manufactures defined goods, but perfect competitor don't have impact on price because he actually takes price which market imposes. Next market structure monopoly refers to existence of only one company which produces unique goods. Monopoly actually generates power on market and in relation to that monopolist can sell certain goods and services to different buyers for different prices. Monopolistic competition, which is the most common market structure, tells us that this market has huge number of companies which produces differentiated goods. Monopolistic competitor in this case has certain impact on price. Last market structure oligopoly tell us that there are a couple of companies on this market that produces identical or similar goods and that oligopolist has a great impact on forming the price, whether if it's word about price leadership or secret agreements. Also on the oligopoly market very important impact have theories of strategic games which generates decisions if there are any conflict situations.
