Abstract
Ljudski potencijali kojima organizacije danas raspolažu nisu adekvatno iskorišteni, te je jedan od važnih faktora rješavanja tog problema kvalitetan sustav nagrađivanja zaposlenika. Sustav treba biti oblikovan da privuče i zadrži kvalitetne kadrove te ih iskoristi na najbolji način. Dobro nagrađen zaposlenik pokazivati će veću angažiranost u dodijeljenim poslovnim zadacima i doprinositi će poduzeću u realizaciji postavljenih ciljeva. Svaka organizacija treba izgraditi svoj “ sustav nagrađivanja “ zbog različitosti koje svako poduzeće karakteriziraju. Jedan od najvažnijih faktora koji motivira zaposlenika na rad je nagrada koju dobiva za ostvareni učinak odnosno kompenzacija. Kompenzacije su ukupne naknade koje zaposlenici dobivaju za svoj rad u poduzeću. One mogu biti u novcu, robi i raznim oblicima pomoći materijalne i nematerijalne naravi. Kompenzacijski program čine različite vrste kompenzacija: osnovna plaća, dodaci na plaću, naknade plaće, stimulativni dio plaće i beneficije. Osnovna plaća je temeljni oblik kompenzacije na koji se nadograđuju ostali dijelovi plaća i ukupne kompenzacije svakoga pojedinca, te s aspekta zaposlenika predstavlja najvažniji dio kompenzacijskog programa. Upravljanje kompenzacijama i temeljni oblici kompenzacijskog programa prikazani su kroz poduzeće Grabić – promet d.o.o.
Abstract (english)
The human potential which is available to organisations has not been adequately used. One of the key solutions to this problem is a good system of employee benefits. The system has to be devised in such a way that it attracts and keeps productive workers, using them in the best possible way. Workers with considerable benefits will show greater involvement in the assigned tasks and will be an asset to the company in terms of achieving the defined goals. Every organisation has to create its own “system of benefits” due to the differences between companies. Among the main factors that motivate employees is compensation, i.e. the reward that employees get for the results that they provide. Compensation is the total reward that employees get for their work in a company. It can include money, goods and other forms of material and non-material help. A compensation programme includes different types of compensation: basic salary, salary supplements, salary compensation, stimulating part of the salary, and benefits. Basic salaries are the fundamental form of compensation and they function as the basis for other salary parts and the total compensation of every individual. Therefore, employees consider basic salaries to be the most important part of compensation packages. Compensation management and the basic forms of the compensation programme are shown using the example of “Grabić – promet d.o.o.” company.
