Abstract
Razvoj tehnologije promijenio je i način oglašavanja tvrtki. Internet je idealno mjesto za oglašavanje zbog dostupnosti informacija u svakom trenutku i na dohvat ruke, mogućnosti ciljanja odabrane grupe, korištenja besplatnih profila na društvenim mrežama ili organiziranih promocija i oglašavanja od strane istih društvenih mreža. Nova generacija poduzetnika nove medije koristi kao prednost i poticaj u pokretanju tvrtke, te je tako i nastao ugostiteljski obrt Mr. ČinkOs u Osijeku. Mr. ČinkOs od konkurentskih objekata razlikuje jedinstvena ponuda, slatke palačinke s prilozima ili slane s piletinom i puretinom. Unikatnost jelovnika nije dovoljna za uspješno poslovanje, stoga Mr. ČinkOs koristi društvene mreže kao glavni adut promocije proizvoda. Mladi ljudi, kao najveća populacija korisnika društvenih mreža ciljana je populacija potrošača u Mr. ČinkOs-u. Uz interaktivan način promocije, tradicionalan način ne smije biti zanemaren. Usmena predaja, oglašavanje u tiskanim medijima i podjela letaka također može povećati prihode i posjećenost objekta. Provedenom anketom ispitano je zadovoljstvo korisnika uslugom i uređenjem interijera, posjećenost i iznos prosječnog iznosa potrošenog u objektu. Cilj rada je utvrditi uspješnost načina promocije Mr. ČinkOsa i istraživanje načina poboljšanja oglašavanja i prepoznatljivosti branda.
Abstract (english)
Technology development has also changed the way companies are advertisnig. The Internet is an ideal place for advertising because of the aviability of information at all times and at your fingertips, the ability to target a selected group, the use of free profiles on social networks or organized promotions and advertising by the same social networks. The new generation of enterpreneurs used the new media as a benefit and incenitive for the company, and that's the way the diner Mr. ČinkOs in Osijek started. Mr. ČinkOs from competition differentiates an unique offer; sweet pancakes with side dish or salty with chicken or turkey. The uniqueness of the menu is not enough for a succesful business, so Mr. ČinkOs utilizes social networks as the main platform for promotion. Young people, the largest population of social network users, are targeted consumer population for Mr. ČinkOs. With an interactive way of promoting, the traditional way should not be ignored. Oral tradition, print media advertising and leaflet distribution can also increase revenue and access to the facility. The survey conducted surveyed the customer satisfaction with service and interior decoration, attendance and average amount spent in the facility. The goal of this paper is to detemine the success of the promotion choice of Mr. ČinkOs and exploring ways to improve advertising and brand recognition.
