Abstract
Tema ovog rada je potpuno upravljanje kvalitetom i suvremene tehnologije stoga su u radu navedene sve bitne informacije vezane uz navedene pojmove. Kako bi se lakše shvatio pojam potpunog upravljanja kvalitetom treba se pobliže upoznati s tim što označava kvaliteta. Postoje brojne definicije navedenog pojma ali Lacković (2009) smatra kako je kvaliteta (kakvoća) mjera ili pokazatelj obujma odnosno iznosa uporabne vrijednosti nekog proizvoda ili usluge za zadovoljenje točno određene potrebe na... More određenom mjestu i u određenom trenutku, tj. onda kada se taj proizvod i ta usluga u društvenom procesu razmjene potvrđuju kao roba. Upravljanje kvalitetom tijekom vremena je prošlo šest faza, a potpuno upravljanje kvalitetom (TQM -Total Quality Management) orijentirano je načinu upravljanja kvalitetom kojemu je cilj da zadovolji očekivanja, potrebe, zahtjeve potrošača. Ono podrazumijeva da svi zaposlenici budu uključeni u proces poboljšanja kvalitete, od onih na najvišoj razini organizacijske strukture do onih na najnižoj. Njegovom nastanku pridonijeli su gurui kvalitete od kojih je najznačajniji William Edwards Deming. Kako TQM označava napredak u kvaliteti tako se i tehnologija razvija stoga se svakodnevno susrećemo sa novim, suvremenim tehnološkim proizvodima. Pojava suvremene tehnologije sa sobom nosi prednosti i nedostatke kako u obrazovanju tako i u ostalim područjima života. Razvoj informacijske tehnologije mijenja paradigme učenja i obrazovanja primjenom tehnologije u obrazovanju uvođenjem modela sustava za poučavanje te drugih suvremenih metoda i oblika poučavanja utemeljenih na informacijsko‐komunikacijskoj tehnologiji. Abstract (english)
Theme of this graduate work is total quality managment and modern tehnologies. Therefore, in this work are mentioned all relevant informations about previously mentioned terms. In order to understand the concept „total quality managment“ more clearly it should be explained what quality means. There are numerous definitons of medtioned terms, but Lacković (2009) considers that quality is measure or indicator of volume, respectively amount of resumed value of some product or service for... More indulgence exactly defined need at specific location and at the certain point, e.g. when that product or service in social proces of exchange confirms as goods. Quality managment over time is past six phases and total qualtiy managment (TQM) is oriented toward quality managment which it is aimed to satisfy expectations, need and requirements of customers. It implies that all employers should be involved in proces of quality improvement, from ones that are on the top of the organization structure to the one on the bottom of organization structure. Its guru has contributed to it's quality, the most significant is William Edwards Deming. As TQM stands for progress in quality so technology is evolving, so everyday we meet with new, modern technology products. Appearance of modern technology brings with it both advantages and disadvantages in education and in other areas of life. The development of information technology changes the paradigm of learning and education by applying technology to education by introducing a model of teaching system and other contemporary methods and forms of information-communication technology.
