Abstract
Trgovina svoje korijene bilježi s početkom trampe, odnosno zamjene robe za robu. Daljnjim razvojem robnih razmjena i promjenama u društvenim strukturama, razvijala se i trgovina do pojava prvih organizacija, tj. poduzeća. Danas postoji mnogo poduzeća koja se bave isključivo trgovinom odnosno ona poduzeća čiji najveći dio profita donosi zarada od trgovine te ispunjava sve svoje funkcije, uključujući prostornu, vremensku, kvalitativnu i kvantitativnu, kreditnu te propagandnu funkciju. More njih vrijede ponešto drugačija pravila u odnosu na proizvodna i ostala poduzeća, kao što su pažljivo odabiranje asortimana proizvoda, kreiranje cijena, mjesto kontakta i prostorno vezivanje ponude robe, specifičan način prodaje i pružanja trgovinske usluge, odabiranje mikro i makro lokacije kao i određivanje veličine poslovne jedinice. U ovome radu prikazala se analiza jednog od najboljih i najvećih trgovinskih poduzeća, IKEA, tako da su se analizirali svi elementi strukture trgovinskog poduzeća, kao što se prikazala i povijest samog poduzeća, kao i SWOT analiza te financijsko stanje. Nakon analize, doneseni su zaključci koji IKEA-u predstavljaju kao savršeni primjer dobro provedene strategije. Less
Abstract (english)
The history of trade and trading has its beginnings of a tassel, or replacement of goods for commodities. Further development of commodity exchanges and changes in social structures and society in general, lead to the evolution of first organizations and companies. Today, there are many businesses that deal exclusively with trade, or, make the most of their profits from the trade and fulfill all their functions, including spatial, temporal, qualitative and quantitative, credit and marketing... More functions. However, a bit different rules apply for them as opposed to manufacturing and other companies, such as careful selection of product assortment, price creation, location of contact and spatial binding of goods, specific sales and service delivery, selection of micro and macro locations as well as determine the size of a business unit. This paper presents an analysis of one of the best and largest trading companies, IKEA, where all the elements of a trading company's business were analyzed, as well as the history of the company itself, as well as the SWOT and the financial analysis.
