Abstract
„Menadžment je skup aktivnosti kojima je namijenjeno postizanje ciljeva organizacije koristeći njezine resurse efektivno i efikasno u okolišu koji se mijenja. Resursi se koriste kako bi se ispunila nakana menadžera. Efektivno znači ostvariti namjeravane rezultate; efikasno znači ispuniti ciljeve s minimumom resursa“. Menadžeri su osobe koje su odgovorne za rezultat poslovanja neke cjeline, tj. ostvarenje postavljenih ciljeva. Pod pojmom sustava podrazumijeva se svaki uređeni skup koji se... More sastoji od najmanje dva elementa koji međusobnim djelovanjem (interakcijom) ostvaruju neku, jednostavnu ili složenu, funkciju cjeline. Broj elemenata koji tvore sustav nije ograničen, ali to mora biti konačan broj. Sustav je dio univerzuma, odnosno svoje vlastite okoline u kojoj djeluje i s kojom održava određene veze. Informacija je svaki uređen skup podataka, koja nema svojstvo materijalne prirode ali se iskazuje kao pojava koja se upotrebom ne troši nego oplemenjuje i kao takva postaje strateški resurs poslovnih korporacija. Informacije se prezentiraju u raznim formama: slovima, brojevima, slikama, tonskim i drugim prepoznatljivim oblicima kojima se može upravljati informacijsko komunikacijskim resursima. Iz tako iskazane pojmovne određenosti proizlazi da je, razmjena i prijenos podataka i informacija između dva ili više subjekata u okviru jednog ili više sustava temeljna zadaća svakog komunikacijskog sustava konkretne poslovne korporacije. "Management is a set of activities aimed to achieve organization goals by using their resources effectively and efficiently in the changing environment." Resources are used to fulfill the goals of a manager. Effectively means to achive intended results, efficiently means meeting the goals with minimum resources ". Managers are the persons responsible for the result of the entire business, that is, for realisation of set goals. The term system refers to each arranged set consisting of at... More least two elements which by mutual interaction achieve some, simple or complex, function of the whole. The number of elements that create the system is not limited, but must be the final number. The system is part of the universe, its own environment in which it operates and with which it maintains certain connections. Information is any well-structured set of data that does not have a material nature but is expressed as a phenomenon that is not consumed by it, instead it becoms a strategic resource of business corporations. Informations are presented in various forms: letters, numbers, pictures, tone and other recognizable forms that can be managed by information communication resources. From the stated conceptual definition arises that exchange and transfer of data and information between two or more entities within one or more systems is the fundamental task of each communication system of a concrete business corporation.
