Abstract
Nakon početnog pojmovnog određnja poreznih oaza i njihovom kratkom poviješcu, pristupa se temi poslovanja poreznih oaza u vidu offshore poduzeca, offshore bankovnih računa, offshore banaka i osiguravajućih društava. Naglasak je stavljen na objašnjavanje borbe protiv poreznih oaza, izbjegavanje plaćanja poreza u Republici Hrvatskoj te pokušaj hrvatske "porezne oaze". Predstavljeni su preduvjeti i posljedice porezne oaze, razjašnjene civilizacijske nejednakosti koje one uzrokuju te prezentirana...
