Abstract
Suvremeno poslovanje svake tvrtke bori se sa žestokom i brojnom konkurencijom, većina marketinških i komunikacijskih strategija isprobana je i iscrpljena, te je potraga za nečim novim, zanimljivim i drukčijim sve teža i teža. Marketing i njegove strategije jedna su od ključnih točaka za ostvareni uspjeh poduzetničkog pothvata. Namještaj u Hrvatskoj proizvodi oko 600 malih, srednjih i velikih proizvođača. Budući da je utjecaj krize vidljiv u općem kontekstu, potrebno je odrediti konkretne i... More specifične utjecaje te odrediti dinamiku i intenzitet efekata utjecaja krize. Temelj svake ekonomije leži upravo u malom i srednjem poduzetništvu. Nažalost, ovaj sektor je u sadašnjoj krizi daleko od očiju ekonomskih istraživanja. Tvrtka Bonavia Design mlada je tvrtka koja konstantno raste i ima sve preduvjete za opstanak i uspjeh na tržištu. Najveća kočnica na tom putu, uz konkurenciju, je visoko porezno opterećenje i složenost birokracije u Hrvatskoj. Abstract (english)
When conducting its business, each modern company is confronted with fierce competition. Since most strategies related to marketing and communication have already been tried and rendered ineffective, finding something new, interesting, and different has become harder than ever. Marketing and its strategies represent crucial aspects of successful enterprises. There are 600 small, medium-sized and large manufacturers of furniture in Croatia. Since crisis has affected each area of economy,... More it is necessary to determine particular effects of the crisis, and to define the dynamics and intensity of such effects. Small and medium-sized enterprises constitute the foundation of each economic system. Unfortunately, due to the current crisis, this sector seems to be far from the scope of economic research. Company named Bonavia Design is a new company that shows constant growth, thus fulfilling each prerequisite necessary to acquire stability and be successful on the market. Besides competition, the main obstacles on the way to success in Croatia are high taxes and complicated paperwork. Therefore, companies have to rely on their own capacities, innovation, quality, and hard-work, as well as cooperate with reliable and highly competent suppliers and establish close relationships with clients.
