Abstract
Grupno financiranje, odnosno crowdfunding jest način na koji se može pribaviti novac za financiranje projekata poslovanja. Malim poduzetnicima je crowdfunding puno primamljiviji od standardnih načina financiranja, poput bankarskih kredita jer je puno lakši način za prikupiti početni kapital bez zaduživanja. To je novi način financiranja ideja prikupljanjem manjeg iznosa novca od velikog broja ljudi i to obično putem interneta. Crowdfunding financiranje obavlja se putem investicijskih platformi ili platformi baziranih na nagradi i donaciji. Završni rad upoznat će nas s tradicionalnim i suvremenim oblicima financiranja i crowdfundingom, njegovim počecima, razvojem, prednostima i manama. Pobliže će se opisati i najpoznatije platforme za financiranje putem crowdfundinga i dati će se praktični primjer crowdfunding kampanje.
Abstract (english)
Group financing, or crowdfunding, is the way in which money can be funded to finance business projects. For small entrepreneurs crowdfunding is much more attractive than standard financing methods, such as bank loans, since it is a much easier way to raise start-up capital without borrowing. This is a new way to finance ideas by collecting a smaller amount of money than a large number of people, usually online. Crowdfunding financing is done through investment platforms or platform based on rewards and donations. Final work will familiarize us with traditional and contemporary forms of financing and crowdfunding, its beginnings, development, advantages and disadvantages. We will also describe the most popular funding platforms through crowdfunding and provide a practical example of crowdfunding campaigns.
