In recent years we have witnessed the Croatian accession to the European Union where we have seen all phases of Croatian accession to the European Union to all chapters of the accession stages of negotiations, decisions, measures and restrictions governing bodies of Europe. The European Union, in particular the European Commission are most responsible for future considerations about our future and have therefore developed a number of scenarios in which shows the future picture of the European continent. There are many reasons why Europe, and therefore the whole world should change. The most prominent in our area is the economic crisis which has been present for many years. The consequences of the crisis are visible in all areas especially through an increase in unemployment, a decline in GDP, reduction of income and many other indicators. Europe 2020 is designed as a perfect picture, the area of highly educated people, high-quality workforce, and in particular technological innovation and competitive area. The process of restructuring of the Croatian economy means increasing the proportion of highly educated labor force in the total number of employees in the industry to achieve higher productivity, increase investment in research and development as well as the holders of the innovation process and increase investment in fixed capital, which means new jobs and investment leading to an increase in the number of employees. All these factors together lead to an increase in GDP. These processes of restructuring and adjustment of all Member States can reduce the burden of today's current crisis within the EU. KET (key strategy to enable innovation) is a group of six technologies that are assessed in the context of the European Union as a key to enable innovation. KET enables the base of the innovation sector and enable the creation of products across all industries, and can be applied to the creation of a "greener" economy and modernization of industry and the development of entire new industries. The EU is a collection of all member states joined in one big trade, economic, economic union that is working together and takes care of all matters of life and work of all the people living in this area. Scenario Europe 2020 show the desired future image of Europe and all its inhabitants in order to achieve the desired standard and level of welfare work and life and the achievement of all the favorable performance of modern life.
