Abstract
Rad se bavi transformacijom gospodarstva i društva narodne Republike Kine od sredine dvadesetog stoljeća pa do danas. U prvom dijelu opisuje tadašnje socijalističko, totalitarno društvo i njegove karakteristike, politike i razvojne strategije. Opisuje se sustav planskog gospodarstva, nestabilnost ekonomske politike, kao i programe oporavka zemlje koje su donijeli tadašnji političari na vlasti. Zatim se bavi tranzicijom i revitalizacijom društva, elementima koji su doveli do tranzicije i... More fazama reformi. Na kraju, naglasak je stavljen na položaj Kine u današnjem svjetskom gospodarstvu, govori o liberalizaciji vanjskotrgovinske politike, stranim investicijama te usporedbom financijskih sustava. Raspravlja o konfliktnosti gospodarskih politika koja je često vladala u dobu socijalizma, te većom zainteresiranošću političkih čelnika moći nego napretkom zemlje, kao i nezadovoljstvom koje je vladalo među narodom. Raspravlja o tome kako su gospodarske politike u dobu socijalizma bile konfliktne, a čelnici Komunističke partije bili više zainteresirani moči nego napretkom, te atmosferi nezadovoljstva koja je vladala među narodom. Poslije 1978. počinju gospodarske reforme, sustavom dvostruke koordinacije. Slijedom reformi koje su provedene Kina se transformirala u tržišno gospodarstvo koje danas bilježi značajan rast, otvorila se prema svijetu i sazrjela u gospodarskom smislu. Usprkos tome, tržište kapitala je ostalo nerazvijeno, kao i prava vlasništva, te i dalje znatan broj ljudi pati od siromaštva. Za izradu ovog rada korištena je i analizirana stručna literatura te znanstveni članci, kao i razni internetski izvori. Svrha rada je usporedba tadašnjeg društvenog i političkog sustava upravljanja s današnjim i donošenje zaključaka o uspjesima istih. Less
Abstract (english)
The theme of this thesis is the transformation of the economy and society of People's Republic of China from the middle of the twentieth century until today. In its first part the thesis describes the socialist totalitarian society that used to be the dominant structure back then, its characteristics, policies and development strategies. It describes the planned economy system, non-stability of economic policies as well as programmes of national recovery, implemented by the politicians... More of the day. After that the thesis speaks about transition and revitalisation of the society, elements that brought the transition and phases of reforms. In the end, thesis puts its focus on the present position of China in the economy of the World, liberalisation of foreign exchange of goods and a comparison of financial systems. It discusses the way the policies of the Communist Party were largely conflicting, the chairmen were more interested in power than actual economical progress, and there was an atmosphere of distrust. After 1978. a new wave of economic reforms started, in a system of double coodrination. The following reforms managed to transform China into an market economy which is enjoying substantial growth, which opened up to the world and matured in an economic sense. Despite these advancements the capital markets and property rights are still underdeveloped, and millions of people suffer from poverty even today. Occupational literature was used for the creation of this thesis, as well as scientific articles and many different internet sources.
