Abstract
U suvremenom poslovnom okruženju poslovni subjekti su suočeni s turbulentnom okolinom gdje dolazi do neizvjesnosti poslovanja , prihvaćanja visokog rizika i problema koje treba riješiti, a sve je to posljedica razvoja novih tehnologija i procesa globalizacije. Danas se ne može ni zamisliti poslovanje bez timskog rada koji je glavni preduvjet za uspjeh organizacije. Tim bi se trebao sastojati od kreativnih ljudi koji imaju snažnu sinergiju. U radu je objašnjeno kako stvoriti kreativan tim te na koji način rad u timu efikasno rješava probleme. Prikazana je povezanost tehnika kreativnosti i rada u timu. Članovi tima bi trebali biti kreativni ljudi koji su složni, koji imaju svoje stavove i mišljenja te bi trebali raditi u timu, a ne za vlastitu korist. Svaki član toga tima treba prihvatiti jasno definirane ciljeve. Ukoliko članovi ne prihvate ciljeve dolazi do raspada tima i gubitka motivacije i rezultata. Također postoje i prednosti i nedostaci rada u timu, ono nije savršeno niti će ikada biti jer čovjek neprestano teži za savršenijim. Uvijek se mora prepoznati kada problem treba riješiti individualno, a kada timskim radom. U suvremenim poduzećima se sve češće može uočiti uvođenje timskog načina rada s ciljem povećanja efikasnosti cjelokupne organizacije.
Abstract (english)
In a modern business environment business entities are faced with a turbulent environment which contains business uncertainty, high risk acceptance and problems to be solved, all this is a result of the development of new technologies and the processes of globalization. Today, nobody can even imagine a business without teamwork, which is a prime precondition for an organization's success. A team should consist of creative people who have strong synergy. This paper explains how to create a creative team and how teamwork efficiently solves problems. The connection between creativity and teamwork is shown. Team members should be creative people who are in agreement, have their own attitudes and opinions and should work as a team rather than for their own benefit. Each member of the team should accept clearly defined goals. If the members do not accept the goals, the team breaks down and loses motivation and results. There are also advantages and disadvantages of working in a team, it is not perfect or will ever be because man constantly strives for perfection. It must always be recognized when a problem needs to be solved individually and with teamwork. In contemporary companies it is more often possible to notice an introduction of teamwork in order to increase efficiency of the entire organization.
