Abstract
Završni rad govori o procesu reinženjeringa u tvrtkama i stvaranju organizacije koja uči. Na početku rada objašnjena je važnost poslovnih procesa. Detaljno je opisana važnost reinženjeringa, uloga u procesu reinženjeringa te su istaknuti mogući neuspjesi prilikom njegova provođenja u tvrtkama. U radu se ističe kako reinženjering donosi radikalne promjene i pomaže tvrtkama da osmisle potpuno nove načine poslovanja. U poglavlju 5. na primjeru tvrtke IBM opisano je provođenje reinženjeringa u... More praksi. Drugi dio rada govori o stvaranju organizacije koja uči. Danas je naglasak na organizacijskom učenju veći nego ikada. Ljudi moraju komunicirati i dijeliti stečeno iskustvo i znanje kako bi održali organizaciju na životu. U radu je objašnjena važnost ciklusa organizacijskog učenja, koji se ne smije prekidati. Također je istaknuta i važnost organizacijske kulture i klime koja mora podupirati učenje i dijeljenje znanja. Abstract (english)
The final paper discuesses the process of reengineering in companies and creating organization that study and gather knowledge. In the beginning of the work is discuss and explain the importance of bussines processes. I wrote in detail about the importance of reengineering. It is also stated the function of the reengineering process as well as the failures of such process in Companies. In this final paper is explained how the reengineering process brings about radical change and how this... More benefits Companies so they find new methods and innovations to carry out work and bussines. In the 5th chapter is is stated how the company IBM had done an reengineering process for future benefits. The second part of the work discusses about the importance of learning organization who want to expand their knowledge and education. In todays world there is a huge pressure on such educational organizations. People must communicate and share their experiences so that they may sustain these learning organizations. In this paper is explained the importance of the cycle of learning organization and how this cycle must not stop, so that it may sustain itself. It is also explained the importance of the cultural and environmental organizations and how their factors may benefit the learning and advancement knowledge. Less
